Zucchini slices with cheese

Ingredients

Zucchini (zucchini) 2 pcs.
A tomato 1 large
Hard cheese 100 g
Butter 70 g
Salt, pepper, vegetable spices

Cooking method

  • Cut the zucchini into slices (I had long ones, so I cut it in half), salt, drain the excess liquid.
  • Melt butter in a baking dish
  • Cut the tomato lengthwise into 2 parts, and then each of them into slices (I cut quite thinly, so 1 tomato was enough for me)
  • Next, we put the zucchini in the form.
  • You can lightly spread the slices with mayonnaise. We put tomatoes on zucchini.
  • And we send it to the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 *.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese at the end.

Zucchini, no oil, only greased the silicone mat with olive oil, and no mayonnaise! A purely dietary option! Oh, and how I peppered them! My little man would be delighted! I'll give them to him when he arrives ... Maybe the number will pass .... Yummy. Better than some kind of potato (y). Served with a baked steak with your favorite salmon. Finely chopped the onion, mixed it with a spoonful of mayonnaise (after all, it could not have done without it, but the mayonnaise was the lightest - 190 kcal / 100 g). I greased salmon with this mixture and sprinkled with grated cheese.
And here are the zucchini:

And here eggplant, baked according to the same principle, but with my additions and changes. Cut into strips, slices, cut across. I greased the mold with olive oil, laid the eggplants, brushed it with the same oil. Baked for 5 minutes on each side at 200 gr. She laid thin slices of tomatoes. Salted, pepper, seasoned with your favorite herbs (rosemary, oregano, basil). Sprinkled with finely grated parmesan (it took 20 g for 1 eggplant), herbs (parsley). Thinly cut the mozzarella cheese and put it on the side. In the oven with zucchini for 20 minutes. Taste ....
