Now I was puzzled by yoghurt, I read somewhere that you can put the programmable mode on yoghurt (more precisely, at a temperature of 40 *, in general, who knows what this beast looks like.
Yantar, well, you make yogurt, okay? I am also interested in this question, now I am at the stage of choosing HP, I became interested in this model ...
Turk

Dear bakers, owners of this model, does it really not smell like bread when baking in this HP ??? Maybe just not in all modes? I would love the aroma of freshly baked bread! Is the bread itself, at least fragrant?
Turk
Oh, another question, is the programming mode the same as in Delongy 125? Or is there something cooler, please answer who knows !!! Can I change pre-set programs while cooking?

I have a model for one bucket, it starts to smell like bread when baking, for the whole house: pardon: fragrant bread, today I baked with mustard and honey, you can hear mustard and honey.
Turk
Is this the exact model? Why one bucket?
Nata01
Model, yes, such-Di 9154, I looked at the instructions, probably they are the same, only there are two and one bucket

Do not change the program during preparation. can only be canceled.
There is only 1 program that you can customize. But while the program is running, any program can only be canceled.

Hello, I recently bought a DAEWOO DI 9154 bread maker. Please tell me how long the programs last (the batch is the most interesting) or please tell me where you can see it.

Good day everyone
Yesterday I tried to make bread with the addition of whey with juice (see photo), reducing the amount of sugar. The result is in the pictures.
If something goes wrong. Don't hit hard. This is my second bread in the new Deushka.

Good day, dear bakers !!
After long and prolonged torment, I opted for Daewoo-9154. At first, within my budget, I chose Binaton, but then I saw Daewoo at almost the same price, in stainless steel)) And since I am the former owner of Matiz, I decided that Daewoo is closer to me than Binaton and ordered it in Technosil

Last night we took her home, I studied all the basics for half a day, read the stories of other bakers)) But nevertheless, I was shocked that the baking options are 1000,1200 and 1400g, and the recipes are 700 and 900)))) also the fact that the picture of the store does not correspond to the stove - it is shallow there, but it is clear that the menu means this:
Baking bread in the Daewoo DI-9154 bread makerBaking bread in the Daewoo DI-9154 bread makerBaking bread in the Daewoo DI-9154 bread makerBaking bread in the Daewoo DI-9154 bread makerBaking bread in the Daewoo DI-9154 bread makerBaking bread in the Daewoo DI-9154 bread makerBaking bread in the Daewoo DI-9154 bread makerBaking bread in the Daewoo DI-9154 bread makerBaking bread in the Daewoo DI-9154 bread maker

I look forward to your comments, what is wrong with the bread, what I missed. Yeast was used by Dr. Outker. By the way, I also took a large Packmay package and noticed at home that they somehow differ from their own small packages)) It looks like they are for dissolving in water and not fast-acting, right? In general, put it on the shelf? ))) Like these ones
Baking bread in the Daewoo DI-9154 bread maker

Now I can study topics about koloboks, kneading, etc.)))

ABOUT! The most important question: Owners of Daewoo (Binaton 2169), can you share how you recount the recipes for your stove? For 900g, divide by 2? Or is it the recount for 500g? For 700g, multiply by 2 to get 1400? And at 1200? In general, division and multiplication?)) Thank you

Is it possible to lay out the recipe here as a separate topic? I was very interested in it, but as I get ready to bake, I will not find a link. It will be a shame, but I'll put it in the bookmark.

At the expense of recipes and baking options - I was also amazed. As a result, I also divided in half the recipe for 900g. If I take recipes from here from the forum, then I also divide or multiply, depending on what is required. I baked in a large form without changing those recipes where flour is 500 grams, but I doubt the quality of the crumb. It crumbles, maybe it dries up because baked goods for 1000 ready-made bread are protected. I think maybe just cut down the stove early

I baked two different breads today in a double pan. White and gray (rye / wheat 150 g / 100 g).

I took the recipes from here from the forum for 500 g of flour, divided them into hit. Basic mode, medium crust, turned off the oven 5 minutes before the end. The loaves came out by weight about 400 g - a little more white, a little less gray.

Not "just for two or only for one bucket", but two buckets in the set (for two breads 550g each and one big one up to 1400).

I live in Brest, I found only two types of instant dry yeast in stores. "SAF-moment" and "dried baker's yeast" (Belarusian production) On the first, bread rises well and on the second it is good if it swells slightly. Or do they not have time to start working or what? At the price of SAF, it is 10 times more expensive, but I bake everything only on them.

Baking bread in the Daewoo DI-9154 bread maker

And it's really convenient that there are two shapes. It's good to experiment with recipes by slightly changing some of the ingredients.
Above with different yeast under the same conditions
"Wheat-rye with milk"
for 500g.
water -140ml
milk-67ml
salt -1 tsp
sugar -0.75 (3/4) tbsp. l.
sunflower oil. -0.5 (1/2) Art. l.
wheat flour - 248 gr.
rye flour -83 gr.
yeast - 1 tsp

Loading order as in recipe. Exhibited: basic mode (No. 1), weight 1000g, crust color medium (medium).
The bread is delicious. Pure wheat did not take root in our home.

Hello kilogram! And my husband's relatives live in Brest. I think, yes, ordinary baker's yeast does not have time to earn. If you only use them for sourdough, and for bread makers, it is better to use instant yeast, such as Saf-moment.

Hello, here I also became the owner of a DAEWOO DI 9154 bread machine. Now I will test it, I hope everything will work out.

My first bread. Bread that I made less recipe Gdalinka, and the larger one took the recipe for the recipe book that came with the stove. The first bread turned out to be excellent, but the second, the one that is higher, is not very good.

Good day
I'm posting a recipe specifically for Elena Bo
After buying a bread maker, the itch of baking flared up in me. And here's what it turned out: homemade bread from your own bread machine is MUCH tastier than from the store. I didn't believe it until I tried it myself. And now I can say YES !!!! This is true.

Now on this positive note, I want to bring to your attention a recipe for a delicious cake.

The original recipe looks like this:

London fruitcake

Oil - 150 gr.
Powdered sugar (sugar) 120 gr. + 50 gr.
Vanillin 1 sachet.
Rum 3 table. spoons
Egg 3 pcs.
Flour 200 gr.
Baking powder 1 sachet.
Sliced candied fruits 125 gr.
Chocolate 50 gr.
Raisins 50 gr.
Oil and flour for sprinkling the mold
Beat butter, sugar and vanillin until foamy. Add rum, finely chopped lemon and orange zest to the whipped mixture, and then alternately eggs and flour mixed with baking powder. After that, add candied fruit, chopped chocolate and peeled raisins to the dough. The dough is baked in a greased and floured cake tin.

And now my adaptation for the bread machine. I've tried several options:

pre-make the dough in a food processor (mixer with a bowl)
make dough in a bread maker, after having melted butter

Correction of proportions of oil from 100 to 150 gr.

Chocolate, raisins and candied fruits - by eye.

It works best when the dough is pre-kneaded in a food processor, and then mixed again in a bread maker, and butter is added in pieces, and not in a liquid state. I don't add rum to the dough, but Amaretto di Sarono
tried other spirits too. Naturally, a different taste is obtained.

I pre-soak the raisins in cognac or amaretto.

So we put eggs in the food processor and start beating, then add sugar (120 gr.), Then vanilla sugar, alcohol (rum, cognac, amaretto, Cointreau, Coconut liqueur, medori melon liqueur) which you like and eat at the moment, and the mixture everything is whipped and mixed, then gradually, spoon by spoon, flour mixed with baking powder. When all the flour is mixed, put everything in a bucket of a bread machine and turn on the "KEKS" mode (for DI9154 and similar). After the signal, put raisins and candied fruits and .......... wait for the end of the program.

The first, baked by me, my sonul's cupcake was crushed immediately after cooling down.

Subsequently I tried to add poppy - consistently excellent result (one of the ads).

Whoever loves sweets ochchchchen can sprinkle with icing sugar on top. But after cooling down ....

Try it - Bon appetit !!!

Hello dear owners of bread makers! My Daewoo has been working wonderfully for six months now. But with the DESSERT mode I just don't understand what to cook on it ... There were no instructions for my bread maker, I downloaded them from the Internet, but there is not a single recipe there ... Maybe someone has already mastered this mode? ..

I will duplicate my question here too

The girls have already broken their heads choosing between this stove and binaton.
Can someone take a closer look at the stove, in a closed form and a panel (with a Russian layout), otherwise all the photos on the internet are small, I really don't understand ... thanks

I decided to try to make French and Buckwheat.
The second one came out not so beautiful, but it came out much better than mine in big form.
Next time I will put the crust on the middle one, otherwise it turned out to be fried white.
