Rhubarb and Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

Sugar - 0.5 cups
Egg - 2 pcs.
Sour cream - 0.5 cups
Soda - 1 tsp. slaked with vinegar
Flour - 1 glass (160 gr.)
Rhubarb stalks - 200 gr.
Chocolate - 50 gr.

Cooking method

  • Cooking the dough.
  • 1.2 eggs and 0.5 cups of sugar - beat well.
  • 2. Add 0.5 cups of sour cream.
  • 3. Beat well.
  • 4. Add 1 cup flour and mix well.
  • 5. Then add the vinegar quenched soda and mix

  • 6. Wash rhubarb, clean, cut into cubes.
  • 7. Pour half of the dough into the mold, spread the rhubarb.
  • 8. Pour the remaining dough onto the rhubarb.
  • 9. Top the cake with chocolate melted in a water bath.
  • 10. Gently mix the chocolate with the dough with a stick.
  • 11. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  • This is the second time I've baked this cake. The taste is amazing. The first time I baked it in a cartoon. I forgot, you bastard, that the top is not baked, so the chocolate was at the bottom. Well, of course, since the diameter of the saucepan is smaller than that of my split tins, the pie was plump and tall.
  • So, if you bake it in the oven, then increase the number of ingredients for the dough by one and a half to two times. I replaced the soda with baking powder.
  • Rhubarb put 250-300 grams, well, sugar, respectively 2/3 cup.
