Good afternoon, today they gave me an Ariete mod 131 bread maker .. I am in seventh heaven with happiness .. I dreamed for a long time .. I read the forum, and I will note that there is an instruction in Russian .. please tell me a simple recipe for white bread for this oven .. just I have never used such a unit before .. I will be very grateful ..
Zoya-2010
Hello! I also want to add about the bun, how it sticks to the wall. When you spin around the stove, you always want to straighten it with a spatula - it seems that the dough will mix better, you are afraid that it will not take all the flour, etc. But when you put the bread on at night, everything magically turns out without any personal participation
nata2011
Yesterday I bought HB Ariete131 and immediately decided to try it out. I baked French white bread according to program 2. The bread turned out to be wet, the crust did not work out (medium browning), all the flour did not mix completely. What did I do wrong, still did it according to the recipe? And another question flour "0" and "00" - what is it, and dry brewer's yeast?
Milhert
And at what weight did you bake .. I just noticed that if I choose the weight 450 and 750, then the koloboks are superb and the bread is good .. and if the weight is 900, then there is no kolobok and the dough does not mix well ..

Weight 700, but the kolobok can be said and was not the dough was thin. I was afraid to add flour because I did not want to deviate from the recipe.

I hope so too

Do not be afraid to bake, you can take recipes on the forum. And always follow the kolobok rule based on your baking conditions, not the recipe author.

I bought a 131 Aryu bread maker for my parents. I searched and thought for a long time. I have 257 Panas for about a year. At first I thought about the same company, but read the reviews about this stove, I came to the conclusion, why pay more: parents are already at an age, they are unlikely to need such a bells and whistles. And here is a very decent price (in the online store). I decided to try the bread maker myself in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the device. However, due to the workload, I have not yet been engaged in baking: I collect recipes.
The question immediately arose: in Panas I use only fresh yeast for baking. Is it possible to use ordinary yeast in this oven too with the standard yeast-flour calculation, as it is written here on the forum?

What doubts do you have? You don’t think there are ovens designed for just one particular type of yeast? In all ovens it is possible to bake bread using live and dry yeast and sourdough.

Accept the new one. Greetings and thanks to all forum participants. Basically, thanks to your advice and recommendations, a choice was made (from what was in local foreign stores, I generally wanted Hitachi, but Natu.) Today I became the owner of Ariete 130, so far happy. I found exhaustive answers to the questions arising in the course of mastering this unit, again here. Probably all newcomers have the same questions. A big request to Luka22 I quote "in the Ariete 130 stove there is a mode number 12 - this is an individual programming mode. Here you can set any time interval for each process: kneading, proofing, etc. If you wish, you can also make adjustments to the basic programs, only then they will no longer be basic, but your individual ones. On this program, the stove remembers the last settings, if you want another program, you must enter new data. " With 12, it seems clear, it was created for this, but could you describe in more detail how to make changes to the basic programs? Something doesn’t work. And the traditional question for all owners of Ariete 130 - what is the DESSERT program?
Flory
I had a proposal to the moderators: it may already make sense to single out the 130 HP 131 into a separate Temka - after all, although they are both Pan-Express, they differ from each other specifically in design. And now 131 are quite often found on sale

Thank you, I think so too, but once again it's better to ask a question. Moreover, I have already got used to my Panas, but here it is a little different and I need to master my Arietka troubles. And then the parents are old and are unlikely to figure it out, especially on the Internet

You interpret too freely, "make changes to the basic programs."
It means that if you need to change the Basic Program, then you enter its parameters into program No. 12 with all the necessary changes, and the Basic Program itself, as it was written in the oven by the creator, will remain untouched.

Dessert program (DESSERT): kneading, infusion and heat treatment of desserts.
This is from the instructions.
Load cut apples and turn on. Then it will not be difficult to write down by the hour what she is doing.
Most likely it will bake.

Gentlemen, users of the 130th device.
I read the thread, I still have questions:
1. Is it very noisy?
2. How does the kneading start: stupidly at once, like a mule or smoothly, like a Panas?
3. She has a bucket of the optimal shape for promesh. How about non-mixes?
4. Is there a program with a signal for topping up, for example raisins? pseudo dispenser.
5. Are there simple kneading and baking programs?

Thank you.

Regardless of the built-in programs, this one will solve your needs, mixing two, slow and fast, respectively.
Others will add the rest.
1 Plain bread (BASIC): kneading, yeast and baking regular bread.
2 Bran bread (WHOLE WHEAT): knead, yeast and bake bran bread.
3.French bread (FRANCH): knead, yeast and bake with a longer proving time. Bread with a crispy crust and a soft core.
4 QUICK: Kneading, yeast and baking. Bread with a thicker consistency.
5 Sweet bread (SWEET): knead, yeast and bake sweet bread.
6 Cake (CAKE): knead, yeast and bake with baking soda or baking powder.
7 Jam (JAM): Prepare jam and orange jam.
8 Kneading (DOUGH): Kneading and yeast without baking.
9 Very fast cooking (ULTRA FAST): kneading, yeast and baking. Bread with a thicker consistency.
10 Baking (BAKE): only baked goods without kneading or yeast. This function is also necessary to increase the baking time for the selected program.

I tried on Panas 2501 to finish baking an experimental bread that was not baked on the main program, that idiot gave me a Y50!
It's hot in baking mode!
Who tried to bother on the subject? There is no such glitch?

With Panas, they write in the instructions that you can finish baking by adding the difference up to 1 hour 30 minutes, but I never succeeded. The solution there is not difficult, quickly take out the bucket and cover with a towel. Next, a piece of ice to the sensor and after about a minute the stove can be turned on again in any program. The bucket is in place and success.

I don't know about this oven, but most likely it works and you can start baking right away.
Dr. Swine
That's exactly what he did. It's forgivable for the $ 50 box. But over 200 ...
Already sold one and a half month Panas 2501 for less than half the price)))))
Yesterday I took the most expensive mule, immediately returned it back.

Here's another important question.
Will A130 knead rye dough? Who tried it?
On Panas I was polishing the recipe for Zavarnaya. I liked the rye / wheat ratio 400/150. The dough comes out quite heavy.

Here's another important question.
Will A130 knead rye dough? Who tried it?
On Panas I was polishing the recipe for "Zavarnaya". I liked the rye / wheat ratio 400/150. The dough comes out quite heavy.

Here in this section https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=263.0 there are enough recipes for rye-wheat bread with a higher content of rye flour than wheat flour - for rye bread this is how it should be!

The same Borodino bread contains only 15% wheat flour of the 1st grade, the rest is rye flour.

And the dough for such bread does not have to be liquid. See the recipes, choose the ratio of flour and water, ask the authors of this recipe.

Bread is an individual matter, you will need to select the consistency of the dough for yourself, with experience comes an understanding of the dough, and what you want to get! And you don't always need to make a tough dough, it will be difficult for yeast to raise it - as a result, you will get a brick
And the dough will always be different!

Don't be afraid to bake bread and make dough!

I have been using Ariete 130 for a year now. No complaints about the stove. There are none at all. We bake the easiest bread every 2-3 days. I fall asleep all the ingredients, put on a delay of 9-10 hours, come home from work and eat delicious soft fresh bread.

I constantly make pizza dough in it, my husband kneads the noodle dough in it (: girl_dough: it's too heavy with my hands), made jam / jam several times.

Sometimes the crust falls, sometimes, on the contrary, it cracks - but this is due to the proportions, because it is already accustomed to pouring "by eye". For all the time of active use, the bucket is not scratched, it damaged the stirrer a little during washing, but it is not at all critical, and it is her own fault.Of the minuses - from frequent use, the plastic under the lid turned yellow, but again this is not critical. Looks like new when the lid is closed. Thanks to the metal insert on the front, it is very easy to wipe clean and always "keeps its presentation". I wiped it inside a couple of times with a damp cloth from crumbs and flour, the awnings feel great. At one time, the touch buttons scared - you press, but it does not start. I thoroughly wiped the glass on the panel with buttons - and voila, it works like a clock.

Outcome: for a year of use, I have never failed. It bakes evenly, interferes well, evenly reaches all the edges (if it does not mix well somewhere, pay attention to whether it stands exactly on the table. in the same direction, conclusion - a crooked table or house was built by a crooked hand)

The husband cannot get enough of it. Says how did I live without you and without a bread machine for so long

PS was just a stupid glass, immediately replaced it with a normal measured one. otherwise, I can’t make friends with these "cups", in grams and milliliters somehow closer to the Russian heart
Dr. Swine
kukurzka, could you take a close-up photo of the spatula in the a130 bucket and attach it to the post?

Bread maker Ariete 130

Let me remind you that for a year the stove was in very active slavery in the kitchen, so I think that the shortcomings that have appeared are insignificant.

For other questions:

I read the thread, I still have questions:
1. Is it very noisy?
We have it in the kitchen. Due to circumstances, there are no interior doors in the apartment, but it does not bother me. The TV set is a little louder and everything is fine. In the active mixing mode, it buzzes like everything else, but not very noisy. Although this concept is relative to someone the train outside the window is garbage, but for someone the clock is ticking and it is already impossible to sleep. For me, it is not noisy, but at night I would probably close the kitchen door if there was a door.

2. How does the kneading start: stupidly at once, like a mule or smoothly, like a Panas?
Stupidly right away. Although it may depend on the program. On the standard, it was immediately active, on other programs I did not pay attention.

3. She has a bucket of the optimal shape for promesh. How about non-mixes?
I did not have any impurities, an exception at the beginning, until I realized that the table was crooked. Now everything mixes exactly

4. Is there a program with a signal for topping up, for example raisins? pseudo dispenser.
There is a signal in my opinion during the 2nd batch for filling raisins and other things. You can press pause and fall asleep as needed. She behaved very well when the lights in the apartment were turned off. I don’t remember exactly how long it can save the program in memory in the event of a power outage, it’s better to read it in the instructions or surf on the websites.

5. Are there simple kneading and baking programs?
Yes.

In general, to be honest, I also chose the stove for a long time, but in the end I came to the conclusion that 80% of the problems described on the forums are due to the proportions of liquid and flour. And the stove is even for 1000, although for 6000 is essentially the same thing. It is worth paying attention only to the power. In real life I use the standard, dough and jam. They made it with rye, I liked it (I mixed normally and rose as it should, there was more than half of the rye flour), but there was no time for experiments.

I hope the review was helpful.

By the way, my stove also asks to rest after the full 1st program. Shows overheating. It will stand for a couple of minutes and work again.Although there was no need to bake unbaked bread so far tfu-tfu-tfu. I took recipes from this site a couple of times and everything is fine if the proportions are observed.

Hello forum users

2) How to save the program in the HOME MADE memory?
3) how many modifications can be stored in the HOME MADE program memory?

Hello, today I have become a happy owner of a bread machine. Ariete 130. This is my first bread machine and my first experiments with homemade bread. While I'm trying the first basic bread recipe, I don't know what happens. But for now, answer the questions that have already arisen. How to make jam, I did not find a recipe in the book. And how to make sourdough rye bread in this model?
pulxeriya
I have had this HP for six months. I bake everything in the basic mode: wheat-rye, rye-wheat, with whole grain. I like it (but I didn't have another either).
And today in a stupor, I wanted to make a dough for dumplings in it, firmly believing that I have the "Dough" program, I downloaded everything, began to choose the program, and in it there was only "Kneading" and about yeast ... Is that what it is? Dough for dumplings without yeast! Will this mode work ???

The kneading is over - they took out the dough. Can be kneaded on any bread program

Thank you! And I put it on kneading and realized that it is not at all necessary to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes, this is how the dough dries up (that's a bulldozer)

Do not use recipes from the book! Only from this site. Otherwise it will be nonsense.
From the instructions, the most valuable are the modes. They were already cited here on pages 1-2, it seems.

Congratulations!
For me, too, the program was not canceled for the first time: the boy-seller in the store accidentally stumbled across it, so then I did not think of anything better how to bake bread. It worked, but bad (I did not know about this site yet). But that evening I went online, wandered in here and - rehabilitated my purchase in the eyes of the family
Now I'm happy.
Good luck to you!
Something similar happened with my Ariete 130 But after rereading the instructions, I truncated that after the completion of any of the programs, after the beep, I press the "stop" button, or "start" Program 1 will be displayed on the display And then I just turn off the stove on the back wall I don't know how it works, but after that there are no problems

If anyone is interested, instructions from binatone 2068 (I use it) are suitable for our Ariete bread machine! The breads are exactly the same!

The girls have a wonderful stove, I really like it !!! I have been using it for 1.5 years. used all the modes, but the devil pulled me to touch program 12 (Cooking at home (HOME MADE) just wanted to knead the dough for dumplings. I set the time on this program, the devil will break my leg, now my stove does not react to any other program at all Why did I climb, now I repent myself. WHAT TO DO DIRECTLY DON'T KNOW? WHO CAN HELP IN ANYONE ??? in general, it turns on, the display is on, but the programs do not start, does not interfere, does not heat, just do nothing .... maybe somehow it is not correct programmed ?? some horror!

Eh, after 3.5 years of active operation, the bucket broke ... The pin on which the spatula is put on fell out. They said it could not be repaired, and for a new bucket, the price tag around 2,500 was announced. Tomorrow my husband and I will go to buy a new unit, it’s sad to be left without homemade bread. In general, I can say that during all this time I have never been disappointed in the chosen model, the main thing is to choose a recipe, and the site helped a lot with this. I baked rye, and Borodino, and tried the leaven, the bread maker coped with everything.
P.S. And we did not gain weight, the main thing is not to pack half a loaf in the evening, a special warm bread And sometimes it is so difficult to resist this
angeliwe
Tell me please. recently bought this bread maker. I baked it 2 times, once I took a recipe from a book with instructions, and the dough just ran out of the bucket and dried up. and the second time I baked a recipe taken at random from this site - it did not fit at all, and it turned out to be a very dense, wet type of cake on 1 program. I put on baking, but nothing changed. please tell me it is for this bread machine the recipe for delicious bread, but I'm already starting to get upset thanks in advance
Alisa_t
I won't tell you the exact recipe now, I have a printout of recipes from some HP Orion, I'm taking from there.

I guess when the dough ran away, there was too much of it. How much liquid did you do?

When it didn't rise ... If the recipe was correct, most likely baking began earlier than necessary, the dough did not have time to reach. This can depend on many factors. Once I did it on an automatic program. At some point, it stopped working, apparently, the flour became of a different quality. Perhaps not all, but I don't risk the oven so much.I try to knead and defend the dough, and turn on the baked goods separately. If time is limited, I put my program and the maximum settling time

What recipe did you use? maybe I remember something from memory
angeliwe
1 recipe from the instructions was as follows - 430 water, 1.5 tbsp. l. sugar, 1 bag of yeast, 2 tbsp. l. olive. oil, 500g. flour, 1 tsp. salt.
it turned out to be watery - and I added flour
2 recipe - water 300 ml, flour 450 g, salt 1.5 tbsp. l., sugar 2 tbsp. l., vegetable oil. 1.5 tbsp. l., yeast 1.5 tbsp. l.
it was also watery here, but I decided not to touch anything and see what would happen in the end
Alisa_t
salt and yeast exactly in tablespoons? there is a lot of water in the 1st recipe

I found in the documents my recipe for bread in the size of 750 grams.

Water - 280 ml, solution oil - 2 tbsp. l., salt 3/4 tsp., sugar 1.5 tbsp. l., yeast 1 tsp., milk powder was not always added - 1 tbsp. l., flour 3 and 1/4 cup. I had somewhere noted how many grams are in the cup, but I always follow the kolobok - by the end of the batch, it should stick well from the hands, but not be too steep. The flour was between 400 and 500 grams.

thanks I will try
