BISCUITS "DAY-NIGHT"

150 gr butter
150 g sugar
250 gr flour
1 egg or 2-3 yolks
salt
2 tsp cocoa

Melt butter. Grind the egg (yolks) with salt and sugar, add butter, mix. Sift flour, quickly knead a soft dough. Add cocoa to half of the dough. Refrigerate.
It seems to me more convenient to divide the egg-oil mixture in half, add 125 grams of flour + 2 tsp into one half. flour, in the other - 125 g flour + 2 tsp. cocoa. Or knead two portions - one white, the other chocolate.
Pinch off a small piece of white and dark dough, roll into a ball and flatten a little. Bake cookies at 200 C for 10-15 minutes.
