I bake this bread for the second time today.
I'll tell you about my first "flight".
I, you bastard, inattentively read the recipe and the yoghurt indicated at the very bottom of the list, I simply did not see it at first.
I got used to the fact that all liquid components are written side by side, then just as dry. And here in the recipe, water, honey are written together, then all sorts of flour, yeast, salt .... iii ... Again liquid - yogurt! Surprises from!
So I didn't notice it right away. There was no yogurt at home, and the bookmark was already in progress, so there was no choice.
In the end, I replaced all the liquid with milk. It came out as much as 350 ml
My second raven joint is that I read the line "plus a little for sprinkling on top with wholemeal or gray flour - 75 g" just like that, that you need to sprinkle 75 g of gray flour on top before baking. Well, I happily didn't put this gray flour into the mixture. And she didn't sprinkle it on top either, she sprinkled it with sesame seeds.
As a result of my inattention, I have only 400 grams for 350 ml of liquid liquid. flour (300 wheat and 100 oat flour).
I looked into the bucket - I didn't see the kolobok, the dough was smeared on the walls during kneading. But I, stubborn, did not add flour.
As you might expect, the bread came out with a collapsed roof.
But it baked great, plus - perforated, nostril and very fluffy came out! Not a handsome man, of course, with such and such a cap, but tasty - eat off the mind! The husband strictly punished from now on only such a "thin" oven. He really liked the nostril crumb with large holes.
But, hearing my sighs, that I, bastard, is to blame for not reading the recipe carefully, yesterday I bought me the simplest yogurt (not sweet) and now I am baking my second attempt at this oat bread this very second.
Now, having looked into the bucket, I saw a gorgeous bun! I really hope that my second attempt (strictly according to the recipe) will be successful and will receive no less approval from the family than my first "black" version
I'll tell you what happens.

There is a rule for bread dough "flour-liquid balance", when fulfilling which the bread will always be "correct"

A whole section to help CONTENTS OF THE SECTION "BASICS OF KNEADING AND BAKING"

And especially carefully we read the topics of MASTER CLASSES on KNITTING THE Dough (BOLS)

Thank you! Yes I know. The fact of the matter is that the first time I just inattentively read the recipe and blunted it.

Here's what happened yesterday.
The gingerbread man before the start of the proofing was perfect!
But after baking, having opened the HP, I saw that the lid had fallen off.
The taste was not affected at all, very pleasant everyday bread!
I will definitely bake more than once.
It's a pity, but I can't upload a photo. I can't understand what the forum needs.
Through the Radical it is forbidden, but through the forum I inserted it, but where they are ... I don’t know (((

With liquid, clarify a little

Or just a little less yeast, I would try to reduce it to 1 tsp. ...

It happens that it is the yeast that is responsible for the failed roof ...

Especially if the latest thermonuclear ... happen and such ...

I myself do not bake dry for several years, but I have read about it many times, yes ...

girls, but you can replace butter with olive oil in the recipe (and not only this) (at worst, margarine) - I don't have butter and won't (I don't eat it, I don't buy it, cholesterol) .. And gray wholemeal flour ( no takofy) - for corn or rice? it is clear that this will be a slightly different recipe, but still ...

Thank you, I bought margarine, because it replaces butter in grams, like one to one, I read it in Google, about the vegetable one, it seems like it is necessary to count something like that, the vegetable oil seems to be a little more. bake, let's see what happens.
