Croque Madame and Croque Monsieur are classic French closed sandwiches.

Today in VkusVille I bought frozen quails at the green price tag. I tested two devices at once - - a grill and a thermometer with 4 probes and InkBird IBT-4XS bluetooth.
The quails were tiny, I was very afraid to dry them out. Marinated for a long time in a mixture of olive oil, salt and pepper, then stuck it with probes. At 230 degrees, the temperature of 70 degrees inside the birds reached in less than 4 minutes 30 seconds. Without a thermometer, it would definitely dry out. For distribution of juices, wrapped in foil and left in it for another 5 minutes.
