Hello girls! Recently, I also became the owner of a multi Panasonic-18. But not everything goes smoothly with her :(

Here's a simple biscuit turned out good. And I tried to bake it with orange juice, something not very good. While it lies, it cools down, but it is already clear that it is not as heavy as it should be. I kept it for 60 minutes + 40 minutes on baking, then on heating for another 10 minutes.

What's wrong, or can you only bake a regular biscuit in the cartoon?

April, now I'm trying to bake according to the recipe, 65 minutes have passed, I opened the lid, and my charlotte is completely damp on top: (I put it for another 40 minutes ... How long did you bake?

And I also have a question: everyone writes that after baking, leave it for another 10-20 minutes ... Should you open the lid or not, or should you leave it in the heating mode?

I baked for exactly 65 minutes, everything was strictly according to the recipe.
After the signal, I opened the lid and left it to stand for 10 minutes.

And on top, the charlotte remains, indeed, white, but not damp.
When you turn e1 over, it will be all so ruddy, beautiful!

I baked a biscuit several times, everything is fine, but moisture gets from the valve and when I open it, there is a wet spot. What do you advise? Who had it, but I can't open it to wipe it.
