I have been using Vitesse VS-3005 for six months. Many recipes for smoking from others are fine.

To set a delayed start, you need to put food in, close it until the lock is triggered.

Then press the TIME / delay button, the display will show 00:30 (delay from half an hour to 24 hours)

and use the hours and minutes buttons to increase the required time and by START.
After that, everything goes into standby mode.
