  • Warm zucchini salad - a classic non-classic Chinese recipe
  • It can be seen without tomatoes, but with cucumbers, bell peppers, nuts (peanuts and pine nuts), various spices, spicy or not spicy, served warm or cooled. Etc.
  • Therefore, I called it simply - a warm salad, which in Chinese sounds like Wen Shala. And I didn't write zucchini in Russian letters, because they sound on the verge of censorship. There are many such words in the Chinese language, which sound obscene and funny to us. So I'll just write "zucchini" pinyin - xihulu.
