Ingredients

Baton, baguette, white bread 1 PC.
egg 2 pcs.
hard cheese (semi-hard) 60-70 gr.
dry mustard 1/2 tsp
lemon (juice and zest) 1/2 pcs.
chopped parsley 1-2 tbsp. l.
salt, ground pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Boil eggs until tender, grate.
  • Grate the cheese. Finely chop the parsley (I have frozen parsley). Remove the zest from the lemon with fine shavings.
  • Mix eggs, cheese, juice and lemon zest, herbs and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cut the baguette (I have homemade bread, not very neatly sliced ​​by an assistant), put the egg-cheese mixture on top, spread the pieces on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese melts and the edges begin slightly gold.
