Marina, oh, not a fact))) they underestimate the power of our HP

I put milk porridge on the Timer in the morning, where 1 liter of barrel milk and a bag of millet.
On the screen, the current time periodically changes to the time for which the porridge should be ready.
Marpl
Rita, does the screen fog up?
nusha18
Rita, tell me please, is the croup mode touch-sensitive or does it take time to select?
I really like how rice cooks on the induction Redmond sensor, I can't make friends with a pressure cooker (with cereals) I always get a paste.
Rituslya
Quote: nusha18
is the croup mode sensory or does it take time to pick up?
no, no, time does not need to be selected. First, the snake runs, and 15 minutes before the end of the program, the countdown begins. As in the white Element, there are 3 subroutines on Krupa, but I don't need porridge-malache and rice for sushi, so I stopped at this 3. Very good!
Quote: Marpl
does the screen fog up?
no, Marin, does not fog up, but generally blind to me.

Now about the porridge. The porridge turned out to be tasty, soft, but distinguished by an enviable flight. The manufacturer claims a temperature of -95-100. In my copy, the temperature jumped almost all the way above 100.
Maybe because of the Timer, maybe 1 liter of a lot of milk, but here.
The manufacturer advises: "Before cooking, add butter to the porridge or paint a rim with butter on the inside of the bowl at a distance of 5-7 cm from the top edge."
I didn't draw anything.

I ordered a cartoon from the warehouse. But I had to call the call center. The Moscow store stubbornly "vparivaet" the display case.

If someone wants to order, it is better today, otherwise tomorrow the price will be 5999 rubles
Sneg6
It seems like I want to and pricks, but most likely I will not buy. I want a small one, I think about the Xiaomi multicooker.

Girls who want to pick up Element 03 and 04 by self, that is, already postponed for different orders (2 orders) with RVT (m. Kolomenskaya). 03 can be picked up tomorrow (the last day), and 04 until 13 inclusive. Anyone interested, write, I will give the order numbers. They are already there waiting. I just took an order today with 2 MB at once, and these remained unclaimed.
And here is the photo, the buttons are highlighted, an interesting bowl - the outer side is glossy stainless steel, like the entire lower part near the bowl, the inner one is coated, but there is a small bulge in the center (probably under the button, which is located in the center under the bowl). As Rita wrote above, there is no drip tray, but there is a decent depression for collecting condensate, a plate is removed on the hinged lid, also all shiny.

My first experience - I cooked buckwheat porridge. It was 1.5 mst (200g from Orson) + 3 mst of water, salt to taste. I chose the cereal and pressed Start. The porridge was prepared for about 50 minutes, or rather 48 minutes. In the meantime, I was re-reading the topic and saw that Rita was cooking rice, but in different proportions. And I have 2 times more water than cereals, I think I’ll get a mess. In the meantime, everything is being prepared, I watch the cooking, or rather the screen, everything is displayed on it - at what stage the process is going on, what temperature is (and it changes in a miraculous way during the cooking process). I also read the instructions and saw what the numbers on the right mean - it is soft, balanced and crumbly. I somehow chose 2 (probably when I pressed everything). Intuitively, the choice was correct, the buckwheat turned out to be crumbly, there was no extra water and there was no need for heating.During the cooking process, there was no special vaping, and at the end it squeaked 3 times, much quieter than Elik1. You can eat it right away, don't leave it hot. I am happy with the result.Multicooker Element FWA03IHBR with induction heating

And here is the report on Element 04. I also set to cook baked milk at night. Although the declared volume of MV is 4 liters, the liquid must be poured not reaching the top edge of 3 cm, I poured 2 liters of milk and after 6 hours on the program of the same name I got what I wanted. And in the MV itself there are the following programs - cereals, milk porridge, stewing, soup, stewing, roast, yogurt, baked milk, dessert and drinks.Multicooker Element FWA03IHBR with induction heatingMulticooker Element FWA03IHBR with induction heatingurl = https: //Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/gallery/albums/userpics/146373/IMG_02285B15D.JPG]Multicooker Element FWA03IHBR with induction heatingMulticooker Element FWA03IHBR with induction heating
The milk did not try to escape, and it did not decrease in volume, it is clearly visible in the last photo, and in the previous one there were drops along the border - I moved this to another table.
Rita, I wrote in this thread, maybe while everyone is choosing, and then you can remove it.

And they hung up me - they called me from the store, they said that the supplier's multicooker had run out. Now I'm sad
Marpl
Girls, since Elik 03 ended at the warehouse, that is, one at the pickup point on Kolomenskaya. Today is the last day you can pick up.

With the new Elik3! The appearance did not disappoint. Share the results, we will study together. At night, buckwheat I turned out great, and today bummer with baked goods. First, I set the standard time (30 minutes), then added another 20 minutes, and then turned everything over to another shape and baked it in the oven (Shtebe). I think that the temperature for baking is not enough, I specifically looked at the screen, so it changed there along a sinusoid from 100 to 129 degrees. Maybe this temperature is enough for some other baking, because girls bake in slow cookers. Or here the time should be set different, longer. Now rice is cooked 2mst + 3mst water on crumbly grits.

I just like this temperature of baking in multicooker, I just have to cook for a long time, the biscuit is about 1 hour 10 minutes, but it turns out gently.
Marpl
Svetlana, lay out successful recipes. There are many like me who have never cooked in slow dishes (I cooked only baked milk in it), so we will be glad to receive any information.

So such baking is not slow at all, but in many good multi-cookers, in Panasonic, for example, in Kukushka on the 1st level of the oven, in the Shteba pressure cooker I myself expose 110-115 grams for baking, aggressive baking only in induction pressure cookers.

Olya, congratulations on your assistant! I also look at her for a long time, I’m still waiting for an application in Russian for her. Although, having watched the video on YouTube, they cook without these applications.
Esvt
Sneg6, Olga, Good evening! Congratulations on your purchase! I am also considering this option. Please tell me which model and where you bought it. Thinking about buying this model with or without pressure. In the first version, it is like a cast iron saucepan.
Marpl
I thought that Xiaomi MBs differ only in volume, there are 3 and 4 liters.
Rituslya
Soooo! Devuli, with your Xiaomi MVs, please, flee to another section, otherwise I will want to too.
Not, well, really.
Just don’t be angry or offended, please!
Anna67
Rituslya, here's a shameless one, she herself seduced others, first with a breeze, then with this stove, but these others can't be teasing?
I still choose between a breeze and a binaton because of you, although I don't need it)))
Sneg6
Girls, thanks for the congratulations!

I have a model: Xiaomi MI Induction Heating [IHFB01CM], like without pressure, I bought it at dns / technopoint. Look there is an overview.

Rituslya, Rita! Congratulations on your purchase! I apologize for the flood, but I'm not leaving the topic yet. I will observe the experiments with the new multicooker. A new device is always interesting
Sedne
Esvt, Svetlana, it is not new, it has been on sale for at least 2 years, it cost almost 20,000, I think this multicooker is being removed from the market and the leftovers are sold. In fact, I had my eyes on this slow cooker for a long time.
Anna67
Sedne,

they have one model on the website of the online store, everything else is out of stock

Sedne, Svetlana, I see. But all the same - it is new to me. I have not met her on our forum. Let's explore together and look for the perfect cooking devices

And now the rice has already been cooked - 2 mst of rice + 3 mst of water, crumbly cereal mode. It turned out to be crumbly.
Marin, is this round or long rice? For some reason, in my egg-shaped Elik, it comes out dryish, albeit crumbly - I took round rice 2 mst and added water to mark 2 (there is about 2 mst and it comes out). I want to try your proportions
Marpl
I mainly buy long rice. Round is considered for porridge, but we don't eat rice porridge. A long and simple side dish and in pilaf are eaten without problems.
Antonovka
Marpl,
I see)) My long one doesn't eat at all) But I'll try the proportions
Rituslya
It is difficult to photograph rice. Either glare interferes, then some kind of shadow, or the distance is not right, but in this case the pilaf on Plov turned out to be simply wonderful. I left it on Heating, because there are no eaters yet, but no heating is needed either.

Sedne, Svetul, is there something about the induction Tefalka? It's also induction, right? I would love to read it.
What cool cartoons !!!!
Anya, Congratulations! May Elementische always be happy!

I really liked this cartoon about ready-made dishes. Yes, there was a joint with escaped porridge, but the result is very good! They ask me to take risks in my last one, because nowhere else did this work.

You offend Multicooker Tefal Induction RK805E32 , a very, very good slow cooker, one of the most beloved, then I bought another white Tefal, cereal, well, something did not go from me.
Rituslya
In the end it turned out to be very tasty pilaf. You can eat with your hands. Proportions 2: 2 rice and water + meat and vegetables. Delicious! I always take round Krasnodar rice.
Long is a bit dry for us.

Svetul, read the topic about the induction Tefalka. A year has passed since the first writing. I see that I was not disappointed, but on the contrary. Right?

Yeah, I love her. She's good. The bowl is gorgeous, the soups and pilaf are delicious, and in general everything is delicious. The frying is really not strong.
Rituslya
Today I am also with buckwheat. I cooked on Krupa. For an incomplete 1 cartoon glass of buckwheat I took 2 full cartoon glasses of water. I won't say exactly in time, but not for long. It turned out very good buckwheat for a side dish, it's a pity that it's not enough. I mixed it, added butter and it turned out very cool.
Thanks to Marina for the first experiments.
The groats are slightly wetter than the rice on the C grade.
It would be necessary now to cook something on a unit.
Marpl
Rita, my buckwheat was not damp, I cooked it in a 1: 2 ratio (buckwheat: water) mode 2 (balanced cereal). You probably should have taken not full glasses of water, but the same volume as buckwheat. I remember you were very pleased with the buckwheat from Orson. Did it look similar?
Rituslya
Marin, in Orson, it turned out to be such an open-ended cereal, but here it is still denser. The side dish is just right. It was good to pour the cereal from Orsyukha with milk. She's just fluffy, fluffy out there.
anna_k
I tried the cartoon today. First, baked potatoes, everything worked out great.
And in the evening, fitness rice (red and brown), in the second mode of cereals. Well, average.
I had the best buckwheat in tefalk, it is steamed there.

Outwardly I like it, the menu is easier to shoot, even for me the font is small and not very obvious controls. But a very comfortable pot, even in the absence of handles. It is convenient to wash (I would gladly put it in the PMM, but I'm afraid of the coating).
Marpl
The manual states that it is not recommended to be washed in a dishwasher.
anna_k
Marina, sadly I'm a lazy person ..
Belka13
Girls, congratulate me, I'm with you!
Thanks a lot to Marina and Anya for their help in purchasing this beauty
Very stylish, beautiful, fits perfectly into my interior. A little tired of gray-white-silver-black paint in the kitchen. The font is too small, but not a problem for me - I always wear glasses.
Yesterday I brought it in from the cold and did not turn it on. And today I decided to cook a broth from a large bone. She poured water almost to the "maximum" mark, but after a few minutes she was forced to turn it off - water began to splash through the valve. Very quickly the temperature reached 100 degrees, which is very pleasing.
I hope this Chocolate complete with Elik will please me.
anna_k
Belka13, Congratulations! I am very glad that everything arrived without incident.
