I don't know how to cook at all, but this recipe is just for me! it turned out very tasty, although I did not wait until the end of the process and the mackerel was not eaten until the end. though it was not pickled for a day, but two (I forgot about it after a day in the refrigerator) and dried on the windowsill for a day. as a result, it became dry at the edges, oily, and closer to the center, soft and with a taste of mustard. but still very tasty! thanks for the recipe! already defrosting the fish for the next portion)))
