Ingredients

Dough:
dry yeast 3 g
wheat flour c. from 300 g
raw pumpkin, peeled 150 g
milk or water 55-85 g
sugar 25 g
salt 4.5 g
egg 35 g
butter 25 g
odorless vegetable oil 10 g
Additionally:
egg, sesame seeds for finishing

Cooking method

I made a double portion at once. Then I freeze the finished ones. I pierced the pumpkin with a blender like it was good, but tiny blotches remained. The next time you need to be of better quality. But in my opinion it does not affect the taste.
