Ingredients

salt 1 tsp
dry yeast 5gr.

Cooking method

  • All ingredients should be at room temperature.   • Wrinkle slightly before rolling. It rolls out very thinly, 0.1 cm thick. From this amount of dough, I get three round pizzas with a diameter of 22 cm. Or 1 per oven tray.

Hello everyone! I made this dough today. It seemed to me that there was not enough water, the dough was very steep, it was not going into a bun. I added 4 yolks (they were lying around in the refrigerator) and a couple of tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil. Kneaded with a mixer and after 2 hours rolled out two cakes 30 cm in diameter. I have paper pizza molds and I used my hands to stretch the dough. It was very flexible and fit smoothly. The pizza turned out great! 🔗
