Dragged biscuits for disposal of yolks... Found on eat at home, by Omichka. The cookies are delicious, very crumbly. Sweet tooths need sugar! Quote:

CRENDELS ON YOLK

1.5 cups flour
1 tbsp. spoonful of sugar
2 tbsp. tablespoons butter (cold, but not frozen)
2 tbsp. sour cream spoons
4 yolks
zest from 1/2 lemon
1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar for sprinkling

What to do:

Collect the sifted flour on the table in a slide with a depression in the middle, where put the butter in a piece, sugar, yolks, sour cream, zest. Knead everything thoroughly and make a tourniquet 1-1.5 cm thick out of the dough. Cut the tourniquet into small pieces and, having rolled it even thinner, wrap it in pretzels. Dip the pretzels in sugar, place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 220-240 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
