Spicy Vegetable Spaghetti

Ingredients

For the salad:
eggplant or squash 300-350 g
red onion 1 PC
chilli 2 pcs
mint leaves handful
cilantro leaves handful
salt (if made from zucchini) pinch
sesame seeds 2 tbsp. l

chilli 3 pcs
garlic 5 teeth
salt 1 / 2-2 / 3 h. L
sugar 1 tbsp. l
soy sauce 3 tbsp. l
Sesame oil 2 tbsp. l

Cooking method
