I just have 020. The diameter of the main bowl is the same for both 010 and 020, which is the same at the bottom and at the top. The difference between these cups is only in height. At 020, the bowl is about 3 cm higher. And, therefore, the dough is kneaded in the same way in the two models. Only the volume of kneading dough can be larger for 020. You can also beat one protein in 020 perfectly, there is no difference between 010.
divlesika
panteracat , well, great! Confused, however, on the site of the Ukrainian. the representative indicated that the 020 package includes a blender with a capacity of 1.2 liters and in the 010 - 1.5 liters. Although, maybe this is not fundamental if they are identical ..
panteracat
There are 3 models of the blender: AT 337 - acrylic for 1.5 liters; AT 338 - glass 1.5 liters; AT339 - stainless steel (I don't remember, for 1.2 or 1.5 liters). Basically (here in Russia) AT 338 goes to 010. In stores 020 complete with AT 339 dlender (stainless steel). Through the Internet, stores are mainly AT 338 dlenders (glass). I have a 1.5 liter glass blender AT 338 for 020.

But I began to think: I have a high-speed grater, but I don't have a low-speed grater and a combine. I just can't decide if I need these attachments or not? Girls like low speed chocolate, cheese, suppose? Do you actively use the combine?
Margit
I don't use the harvester very often, only if the breadmaker is busy.
And so the mixer and blender are always at hand.
Aunt Besya
And I don’t use a blender at all, something doesn’t grind it at me nifiga We tried somehow with Zest in it to grind raw carrots, two figs came out. Came to the conclusion that just for a cocktail
Svetik_
I use the combine all the time, he does something almost every day, but I rarely use the blender, and I have a high-speed grater right on the combine, I don't put it away, how it burns ... everything is included, everything is at hand, and everything the rest of the nozzles are used as needed

You can, and not only for a cocktail, but always with the addition of at least a small amount of liquid, so that a vortex is formed, into which the products for grinding would be drawn.

But I began to think: I have a high-speed grater, but I don't have a low-speed grater and a combine. I just can't decide if I need these attachments or not? Girls like low speed chocolate, cheese, suppose? Do you actively use the combine?

I can tell you how it is with me. There are all three attachments. The first was the high-speed, then the low-speed, and the last - the combine.

The combine does not get off the table (ALL graters from the high-speed one are suitable for it), I now use the high-speed one exclusively in the harvesting season, for processing vegetables in basins, but the low-speed one is now idle ... at least I cannot complain about the quality of its work. But I have it complete with a nozzle for juice from berries

Let's just say a low-speed one is an intermediate link between a combine and a high-speed one. It works slower than the high-speed one, but under the outlet you can substitute a container of much larger size than is included in the combine)) And for me such a "middle" turned out to be unclaimed ... Yes, in a low-speed pair of drums the cutting shape differs from that in a high-speed ...

So, think for yourself, decide for yourself - to have or not to have)) I still do not regret that I have all three. You never know, I don't use it today, but what if I need it tomorrow?
Aunt Besya
That's exactly what I need for rolling the dough: for noodles, dumplings, lasagne. if not often, but on the other hand.when necessary, she's right there
Zest, Thank you! I think so too, it will be empty !!!
Kalmykova
Aunt Besya ! The low speed one rubs chocolate beautifully, which the high speed one will not. And in it, the product is less smeared on the working surfaces of the nozzle, because there are fewer of these surfaces.
leka
divlesika, I also have 020, and a glass blender went to it for 1.5 liters. My children are very fond of cocktails, I take frozen strawberries + sugar + milk and such a thick cocktail, you can't pull it off.
And whipping the whites on the "Birdie" in a 6.7 liter bowl, or custard custard in 6 pieces, I remember with a kind word Natasha Kalmykova, under the lid of the cream it turns out and at once I make 2-3 "birds" at once. It's the same with yeast, I knead a lot to treat neighbors, friends, and so it winds on a nozzle. Well, it's up to you, depending on how much you cook at a time.
Aunt Besya
You whip the proteins in a blender, or I didn't understand something. vro de pro blender start
Kalmykova
Incidentally, I also hit the "Bird", so I have these 6 proteins with the addition of agar right up to the top of the bucket! What would I do if I had 10 and not 20?

Leka, thanks for the answer!
Girls, and another question: I don't remember on some page, I sort of found that in model 010 the dough crawls up the hook when you knead, but not at 020. This is true? And what does it mean that it creeps? Should it be "lowered" periodically?
leka
When I kneaded a lot of yeast and 020 crawled
Kalmykova
Yes, it crawls on the hook when there is a lot of dough. So now I mix the dough with a K-shaped mesh, and faster, and it starts to crawl only when it's already kneaded.

Girls, English-speaking (reading) or who know how to order foreign sites, please help!
I struggled for 2 days, tried to order Kenwood 010 or 020 (pictured below) on the website
🔗
it's useless, nothing happens, because while I translate the string with the help of Google, I already lose the meaning of what I said.
The request is this:
1. Has anyone purchased products on similar sites? It's not e-bay, but can you trust him? That is, would you personally trust?
2. Conduct a Master class, that is, paint in detail: we click on this pimp, after which such a button pops up, etc.
Or more simply, if someone agrees to help me, then I would throw off my data in a personal, and you would order me this Kenwood, so that an invoice for payment would come to my e-mail, where I could check everything that I order and your mailing address. Delivery to me is possible only by mail.
The price of Kenwood is painfully tempting, preferably 020.
3. As far as I could understand from machine translation, these Kenwoods include some other attachments. What kind? Or was I wrong?
By the way, this site is full of various Kenwood attachments, including bowls, both plastic and metal.
Or maybe someone will also join and order both for themselves and for me, there is a good discount for every additional Ken.
LiudmiLka
Lyi, I went and read it, but there is no instruction (it is usually attached when buying), but only a description of this machine and that's it. But about the orders and who you can trust - here I do not care at all, unfortunately.

Lyudmilochka, thank you for responding. I didn't need the instruction itself, but it seemed to pop up during machine translation that it was sold with a blender or something else. Although it is possible machine translation pranks.
I tried to order. I pushed the button with the basket, the page turned over and several buttons appeared, but here I don't know which one I need to poke in order to place an order and go further. Well, I can't do it with machine translation, I don't know which keys to poke next.

Of course, there is a blender, a meat grinder, and even an ice cream maker. More than 20 additional attachments in total. The bowl is made of stainless steel, large (4.6). Mixer planetary professional. Juicers. Power - 1400.Blender just do not know from what and how much. Then I read the reviews, otherwise I need to cook dinner.
Lyudmilochka, of course, dinner is sacred.
Then, when you read, please pay attention to these attachments immediately attached to this Kenwood for this price, or they are purchased additionally. Something for that price would be too good.
But, in any case, I want to take. How? I am circling on this site like a fox around grapes ... zeeelen.

Quote: leka

Lyi , why can't you order or buy in Russia?
What about the difference in price?
There, on the site, Ken's price is 010-337 euros, this is less than 14 thousand rubles, and unas in internet stores at least 19 thousand rubles
Ken 020-372.76 euros or a little more than 15 thousand rubles, and we have at least 23.5 thousand rubles. Saving 8 thousand rubles.
Zhaaaaba crushes!

Quote: LiudmiLka

I understand that this is only for the UK, Scotland, etc. And prices are in pounds sterling. And so all these attachments are attached to it. So it is unlikely that something will work, at such a price and such a cool thing
Yes, if in pounds sterling, then it's a bummer, but they themselves write that this is some kind of New Year's action, where 166.98 of something is saved in foreign currency. Maybe there on the site you can send them a letter by e-mail? It’s a very interesting picture, I don’t want to refuse. By the way, I have been following this site since January 1, it was written there about the New Year, now this text is not. Although, I read it with machine translation ...
By the way, what is the rate of the pound?

The price is, of course, in pounds. Send to

Yes, I looked more closely, there really is a price in pounds sterling, if at the current exchange rate of 47 rubles, then they offer:
Ken 010 price 15839 rubles (337.01x47) our price 19 thousand rubles
Ken 020 price17520 rubles (372.76x47) our price 23.5 thousand rubles
And then there still Lyudmilochka did not read, is this the price only for Kenov or with nozzles?
It seems all the same profitable.
And who can say what about the customs fee, or some other taxes are taken?
For delivery, I still have to pay at least through our Internet stores, at least from them.
I think ...

Quote: TaTa *

The price is, of course, in pounds. Send to
And here's a bummer, they don't send them to Russia.
People from the above countries, no one wants to order this Ken for themselves and for "that guy". Would I reimburse the costs? Can someone do a joint purchase? There are really good discounts for wholesale.
LiudmiLka
In short, I continue about the harvester. It lists what is attached to it, and looks something like this: a glass jug - YES, numerous devices - YES, accessories - YES, blender - YES. That is, without decoding what kind of devices and what kind of accessories.
And I read the reviews. Everyone is happy. They write that it is not noisy. Nothing is splashed. One housewife doesn't have enough bowl for 1500 g of flour, another is worried about a glass blender. Again, its volume is not indicated anywhere on that site. In one of the reviews it slipped that it would be nice to sell all these additional accessories together with the combine. In short, I think that this price hardly includes an ice cream maker and a nozzle for making pasta or something like that. And what about juicers, a meat grinder is also unclear.

There is a discount on it on the site, but it is not timed to any date and to any event. Maybe without additional devices, which is why it is so much cheaper?
leka
Most likely the accessories are a whisk, a hook for dough, for cream, and a K-shaped nozzle. I had it all +: flowers: blender 1.5 l + meat grinder
Lyi
Quote: LiudmiLka

all sorts of meat grinders and so on, in my opinion, it is better to have separate devices.
I have a juicer, a meat grinder (also Kenwood), I have an ice maker separately. I am very satisfied. Then I even want to buy a blender separately, and not in the form of an attachment to Ken. Already looked after which one.
Ken is mainly needed for doughs and creams. I still (!!!) meringue creams completely by hand, and I bring the oil creams to readiness with handles after my 2 old combines, working perfectly, but they don't want to make creams.
Thanks again for the translation. All that remains is to lick your lips at those prices.

Quote: Kalmykova

And here people appreciate the attachments well! Okay, there, almost everyone has separate meat grinders, juicers. But there is no wiping sieve, millers. And the rolling is excellent, both hands are free, better than twisting the handles. Personally, I am happy with the 8 attachments I have and use them often.
Just about all these attachments for flour, dough and hooks, whisk for creams I will need. And rolling is my priority, since I will not pull many nozzles at once. Overhead. We'll have to settle down gradually.
I'm not sure about the wiping sieve. My Moulinex juicer gives out juice with pulp from seedless tomatoes and peels at a speed of 15 minutes in a bucket. In this case, juice in one jug, cake in another, that is, it is not necessary to disassemble. It is large, there is also a small one for 1-2 glasses.
Although it is also possible to take for cottage cheese, in our family cottage cheese is not very popular.

Quote: LiudmiLka

And on that site, the maxipresses did not catch my eye at all. By the way, from my Mulinex combine, Maxipress takes only very soft. For example, if tomatoes, then only ripe and thin-skinned, but better without the skin and in small portions. Who needs it?
This is in the harvester, and I have a hefty separate bandura, I put tomatoes, apples whole, I don't cut it, it doesn't matter if it's ripe or green. And the productivity ... I already wrote 15 minutes and a full bucket of tomato has already been processed (I was timing it by the clock).

Quote: LiudmiLka

What model is it? I have a good Belarusian Zhuravinka, but I would not refuse a powerful new juicer, especially Mulinex (I wrote about the service near my house). And most importantly, don't cut!
Now I looked in the instructions there is no model indicated, although the instructions are in 8 languages.
Tomorrow I'll look at the box, maybe there is a model indicated? I have it in the mezzanine, I use it only in the summer, it’s too big. For winter I bought a small one for a glass of juice.
I bought it 3-4 years ago. They were everywhere then. You've probably seen it, it looks a little awkward, the upper transparent plastic cover is clamped by a curved metal bar, and on the back there is a transparent plastic waste container.
But over the years she has developed so much. I didn’t approach her with less than 4-5 buckets at a time.

Please tell me, why is KMM 760 worse than 10 and 20 models?
Here, here ... and I am very interested in the answer to the same question, only with a capacity of 1200 instead of 1500?
This afternoon I was looking for 020. The minimum price is 23.5 thousand rubles. However, there are few of them left.
According to the results of the Internet, questions appeared:
1. Owners of 760, please respond. On any of the operations there is a feeling that your car is not pulling?
2. In Ukraine 020 cars are much cheaper. Has anyone bought something on Ukrainian sites with a dispatch to Russia? How much + does the price go? (Customs, etc.)
3. In search, I came across the following completeness 020:
Kenwood KM-020
Type food processor
Stainless steel case stainless steel
- the bowl is made of stainless steel
- overload protection
- protective cover
- compartment for storing the cord
- rubber feet
Volume - main bowl 6.7 l.
- blender jug 1.5 l.
Power 1500 W
Functions - whipping
- grinding
Attachments - whisk attachment
- nozzle for mixing dough
- stainless steel utility knife
that is, as I understand it, there are only 2 nozzles instead of the required 4. But what does the knife have to do with it? And where can it be attached in this case? Or is it a knife in a blender?
Hence the question is whether it is possible to buy a K-shaped nozzle somewhere (where?)? Has anyone met?
4. Girls, if someone else is looking for Kenov and finds cheaper than the above price, please share the link. I will do the same.
thanks and I look forward to receiving answers, advice.

Quote: leka

Most likely I mean a blender knife, if you want, I will now take a photo of all the attachments that came in my 020
Thank you, it is desirable. (y) At least I'll know what I'm talking about, otherwise the main Kenwood website says: a nozzle for making soft creams included. And what it is and what it is eaten with is unclear.

Quote: LiudmiLka

Yes, this is a metal winged knife for the processor itself. It is put on a pin and can be used to chop meat, vegetables, etc.
In this set, only a 6.7 liter bowl and a blender were offered, that is, there was no harvester attachment where you could chop, no. Where, then, is the knife put on?
Moreover, such a set was offered on more than one site.

Quote: LiudmiLka

So all these attachments are intended for this large bowl. They fit onto a special pin called the drive rod. And the blender itself. It is installed in a special place, but not where the main bowl. And it only comes with a lid.
This is yeah! Will the knife scratch the bowl? It would be interesting to see. I have not seen this on the main Kenwood site. I had no idea that in this main bowl you can not only knead the dough and knock down creams, but also do all sorts of cutting.
Do you have such a Ken? Maybe there is a photo with this knife somewhere?
leka
Quote: LiudmiLka

I have Moulinex But all this is. Of course, nothing will scratch, everything is provided there. You can search for any harvester or knife VANE (I called it a lionfish above - I was mistaken).

Here, for example, it can be seen, lies in the middle, like this, with two metal blades like horns

Dough hook, whisk, K-shaped attachment, cream attachment

, I just had a meat grinder attachment as a bonus

Quote: LiudmiLka

Leka, did I understand correctly that your combine makes all types of dough, creams, soufflés? And plus a meat grinder and blender. But he doesn't cut or grind anything? That is, it is for baking and pastry? But it doesn't process vegetables and meat (if you don't take into account a meat grinder and a blender), since there is no universal knife and graters?
I also read everywhere about 4 nozzles. Maybe for beating, I mean both a whisk and a cream, and for dough both a hook and a K-shaped nozzle ?? Can't you call there ??

But so that you don't lose your fortitude ... so in 3 minutes he whipped 5 proteins on a Kiev cake

Girls, I'm afraid to shout out loud Hurray, I'd better cross my fingers for luck.
Everything has not yet been finally decided, the question of sending Ken 020 to my address remained open. I only need to send by mail, not all sites work with mail. The boy who placed the order for me did not know how to calculate the shipping cost correctly, and since the amount is decent (around 2 thousand), he said that it would be better to leave this question until Monday, and will call back on Monday. But he seems to have promised that my Ken will not be sent anywhere and to anyone else during this time.
For a long time I tortured him about 4 nozzles, all 4 are reflected on the site, he says that this is all he can see, they are in the warehouse live and he does not see them.
I hope everything goes well.
Regarding the lack of these attachments on other sites, everyone evasively answers that they have exactly the same equipment, but why? ... they don't know.
I suppose that some batch came from the factory with a defect, since it is precisely the nozzles for creams (plastics) or the K-shaped nozzle that are missing.
I'm already starting to rejoice, but quietly.
I write websites if someone needs them.

ABOUT THE MEAT GRINDER! I made minced meat with a meat grinder attachment. Minced beef. Neck like. A bunch of veins, etc. that I never know how to cut. The meat is not frozen. The pieces are about 5x10. Mom's got a Kenwood meat grinder. There are no differences. The meat grinder does not wobble. The juice does not flow anywhere. The meat flew by. VEGETABLE OIL 1 ST L
LiudmiLka
Aunt Basya, I have the most verified proportions, but the harvester is NOT Kenwood:

Dumplings:

3 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
0.5 tbsp. water
salt
This is for 600-800 g of meat and 2-4 onions.
4 liters of broth.
Vareniki:

4 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. water
2 incomplete tsp salt
LiudmiLka
And I have a faceted glass - about 150 g of flour is obtained.
Only now I saw that it was not Aunt Basya who had asked the question, but answered it. And I was still surprised

Fawn Pir, the water is normal. The dumpling dough is very cool. And the dumplings are softer. By the way, today I made dumplings for my husband's baptism tomorrow. Yesterday I transferred money for my Ken.
And now all of itself is exciting:
!. Are all 4 attachments included;
2. Will the package arrive normally? Yesterday I tried to order silicone molds and received an answer that since before the New Year they had several troubles with the mail (parcels were missing), they now refused to send their goods by mail. So I'm worried now.
For the umpteenth time I reread this topic, I catch those wise thoughts that are here, but questions still arise:
1. Is there any difference between the AT930 and AT 992 sifting and wiping attachments? They are both for the Titanium Major.
2. High-speed graters are available for 3 and 6 discs. At the same time, where 3 discs are advertised a wide neck.
Hence the questions:
a) Same neck on both graters?
b) Perhaps 3 double-sided discs, which is exactly equal to 6 single-sided discs. If not, then perhaps someone will poke a link to a site where there are separate discs.
3. Is there a site with a video for 020 car similar to the one offered on the site for 010 car? In my post 309.
4. My Ken should come without a blender. Someone was buying a metal blender. He seduces me, but I'm not sure how he will behave.
I'm sure there will be many more questions, it's like a disease, I can hardly calm down until I equip Ken with all the attachments.
In general, I hope for your help.
In the meantime, I sit and clench my fists so that everything goes well.
P.S. Actually, it was nice to open a new topic about making different recipes for dough, butter creams directly in Kenwood kitchen machines, similar to recipes for Cuckoo.
So I will get this hefty car and I still have no idea from which side to approach it.
This is the question in previous posts about dumplings.
It would be nice if someone from the venerable, who have owned these machines for a long time, gave a master class, as it was done for HP, Cuckoo. And recipes, recipes are needed ...

I don't see a blender here, and since over the previous week I reviewed so many sites with only 2-3 attachments, most often the K-shaped attachment and the cream attachment were missing, which now I worry and even sleep badly. What if, to my misfortune ...
Maybe the manufacturer decided that the assigned price is low for him and decided to reduce the cost not by increasing the price, but by changing the configuration downward?
Well, I will survive the absence of a blender, a lot of them are sold, but if there is no nozzle, I will cry. They are not sold anywhere.
Star, and what kind of chocolate maker nozzle? I have never met such a person. If you find a poke, please link.

Girls who have grinder for groats А 941А please tell me how much it is in demand? And is there any point in spending 4 thousand rubles on it. I understand that you can make wheat flour yourself. But, we sell wheat in half-liter jars, and the price is not at all cheap. And if you grind wheat, does it need to be washed and dried first? And how long should the wheat dry? Buckwheat flour didn't work for us. I really like bread with the addition of corn flour. I don’t know, am I right in thinking that cornmeal can be ground from corn grits?

Please share the recipe and cooking tricks. I have also had this nozzle for almost 2 years, but the horns with holes do not work out - they stick together. We make only pasta without holes. Something I do not understand in this attachment.

For residents of Odessa.Eldorado has a dough roll, and Fox Mart has very cheap glass blenders and a 910 attachment.

And I wonder how much rolling costs ???
I don't remember the exact amount, I remember that it was expensive: more than 800 UAH. I once bought mine for 700.

And here in Foxmart it costs 610 UAH. , so it's for nothing ???
Maybe not already
For rolling it is very cheap. This is one of the expensive attachments. In general, in Fox-Mart, all attachments are cheaper than in online stores. If not yet, you need to take it without hesitation, the nozzle is very good.

Rolling out in Russia costs 5,000 rubles. So it is not available. The hryvnia exchange rate is 3.8 rubles. 5000 / 3.8 = 1315 hryvnia
We have 910 costs 1450 UAH. Most expensive. How much does it cost you ?!

These are such macaros. These are the ones that are lying around at the moment. There is also an S-shaped insert -AT 91003- is also not bad. The dough for noodles, macaroons and dumplings is made according to the Admin recipe - flour 500 gr salt 1 tsp 2 eggs water 100 ml. I put everything into the bread maker in Pizza mode, when the bun starts to form, add 2 tbsp. grows oils and then turns (hammers) the dough, but only before heating. Then I take out the dough and put it under the bowl for proofing for about 20 minutes, and then I work with it on rolling. The density and thickness of the dough can be adjusted by adding flour during kneading. Eggs hold the dough together, which is important when cooking products, and the butter makes the dough not so dry and elastic. Tested by experience. You should not lay a lot of eggs, the dough will be very dry and brittle in the finished product. The dough dries quickly, even while making dumplings and becomes brittle. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ption=com_smf&topic=48.15
Lyi - Any inserts will give this thickness of the product. Well, these are not multi-million dollar industrial installations. And the beauty is that you yourself know from what you do it all. Our granddaughter is happy to eat our noodles and macaroons, and even from the Italian ones she is capricious.

Alexander Svet1, thank you very much for the recipe. Have you tried to do it according to the original recipe (only on eggs)? In my picture, the dough is shown not as a whole piece, but as if from crumbs. And you, I so understood that a whole piece after a bread machine?
I have 2 additional attachments: AT910004 and AT910012. And the holes inside do not work out - they stick together. How many times have I done, I have to transfer to noodles or pasta without holes ((AT 974). I read somewhere recently that the disc through which the dough passes must be heated. But it will cool down quickly. Are you doing this? Sorry to ask again I really want to finally master this attachment.
