Girls bought their cute Kenwod Major now need your advice.
Kenwood AT992A sifting and wiping attachment for CHEF 010 class will stand up and will work on Major 020?
It's just that the AE930A for the Major class is not on sale.

In the online store they say that they 992 and 930 are exactly the same, only one plastic ..... the other is aluminum.
Take it boldly !!! This is the only nozzle from 010 that fits our Major !!!! For me, the seller himself in the store unscrewed the bolt on the pin, and at home my husband adjusted the blades and that's it !!!

Girls, you have such cool cars, I dream of such. But for now I'm thinking of taking the economy version of Kenwood 266. Does anyone have such a technique? Please write how it works? Much different from 010 or 020 model. How reliable is it? In our city of Kenwood, I did not even see 010, only in online stores. Yes, and a little expensive for me yet. But 266 is on sale. I would like to hear feedback from users of Kenwood 266 - is it worth taking?
What I heard about him is not worth it.

I'm certainly not a girl, but I will tell you.
The fact that there is no Chelyabinsk is not a problem in Moscow time. to order.
010 for about 19,000 can be bought, which is not much more expensive than 266.
Fawn Pir
There is KMS 560 It costs 17,000 rubles on the website of the Technosila online store. Power 1000 W. See the complete set for yourself. I also wanted 266. I did not like the reviews and the frequency of breakdowns. There are 560 reviews in this thread.
photographer
Pay extra 2000 and buy 010, the overpayment is worth it.
Delivery from Moscow time. to Orsk .... PEC, 300 rubles. cost

Tanyulya, thank you, I already saw Kenwood 010 in RBT, I will decide to buy, the amount is not quite budgetary, but plus I need to decide on the attachments ...
vlad1252
Hooray, Bought Chef 010! The choice was made thanks to this thread, so thanks everyone! A week of tests in all modes perfectly ...
Camomila
Hello everyone. I read all the reviews and I also want such a machine, so my husband and I are going to buy a Kenwood 020, but there was a question about the food processor attachment (AT 640), the manufacturer's website says "Food processor, stainless steel knives, 3 discs for cutting with squares, coarse and fine grater, double graduated pusher. "Although we have already written about this nozzle, but I still do not understand whether there is still a nozzle for cutting with squares or not Happy possessed this miracle machine and share the secret of this nozzle? ?
Fawn Pir
Well, I read the whole topic 3 times already, without exaggeration. I still don’t know what to take from the nozzles: low-speed, high-speed, or a combine? There is a Brown Multicwick blender, or whatever it is. Just low and high-speed are now 3 tons. are sold. Can you describe in more detail how and how many species each can chop? I looked at the advertising site, did not understand.
Kalmykova
It depends on what you are going to chop. If you need large volumes, blanks, salting cabbage - then high-speed is better. Low-speed is good for grating cheese, or chocolate. I do not have a combine yet, I manage with the above.
Fawn Pir
I plan twists, but not on a universal scale. I have a Berner-type grater, so that you don't need to do it with your hands, you need a nozzle.and rub the carrots, and cut the blue and zucchini into cubes, chop some salad, salt 2-3 liter cabbage.

Camomila there is NO dicing in the food processor !!! But I really like this nozzle. I make shortbread and simple dough in it, this is in addition to slicing, grating and shredding.
Zvezda thank you very much for discovering the secret. It’s just not clear why they created the myth about the cutting attachment with cubes, only people are misled
marina82marina
I bought kenwood km 023 006 Major, I'm very happy, I bought it mainly because of the AT320 mixer and grinder, when I read the review almost at the beginning of the topic about the grinder, I was scared, but I liked it, it grinds everything I need in the "P" mode.
I also want to buy attachments for a low-speed grater-slicer and a high-speed grater-slicer, but I don't understand which articles to take
- Nozzle and low speed Kenwood grater is A948A and is AT 643
- Kenwood high speed grater attachment is AT340 and is AT998A 002
These articles say that "Attachment for kitchen machines of Chef / Major classes", so I can't figure out what is suitable for km 023 006 Major, or how do they differ from each other?
And also did not understand how the AT320A shredder differs from the AT320?
tatianika
Yesterday I tested the A 644 attachment, I want to share. To say that complete delight is to say nothing.
I'll start with a prehistory. I have been making my sea buckthorn oil for many years and every time this confusion takes the whole evening. The berries must be carefully squeezed out to get the cake. In the spring I bought a nozzle A 644 (there are two in one). Actually, I bought it only because it was the last one left, everything is already there. And then I regretted for a long time why I had bought it. With great skepticism, she began to twist the sea buckthorn and twisted 2 kg in a couple of minutes ...! And the cake turned out to be so dry that it dried up in one evening! And the juice came out as much as it never did. And not a single bone got through. Not a nozzle - a dream!
tatianika
marina82marina,
for kenwood 020 and 010, the high-speed grater number AT 998 01 - 3 discs, and AT 998 02 - 6 discs. The low-speed AT 948 is better than the 963. AT 963 is included in the AT 964 kit (there are two in one - a grater and a crusher for soft berries). I have both, so I know the difference for sure. 948 rubs faster, there is a larger gap. Just when you buy, keep in mind that there are 4 and 5 discs in a low speed grater! It says on the box. I bought with 5 drums, and my friend with 4 drums.

tatianika and it is only suitable for berries ???
I quote the instruction: raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, grapes, tomatoes, apples, oranges, mangoes, anapples, kiwi, wheatgrass, spinach. Juicer for juicing soft fruits and berries.
zvezda
Thank you tatianika!! The opinion of people who had already tested this attachment was important to me .. Super !!! Now there is no doubt !!! If it's really dry it turns out ..... actually I'm in the store !!!
Mate
Girls, I read the top all day, choose a harvester and attachments for it. I swing between 560 and 010. Leaning towards 560
I really wanted to ask if anyone has a photo of, for example, grated vegetables on a low-speed, high-speed grater, show the pictures, please. And then it is very difficult for beginners to understand what you can get!
Mate
I join your ranks. Now I have 560. I only managed to try the meat grinder, the impressions are positive!

I have some questions about the use, answer, if not difficult, please.

When you sent a letter to Kenwood to receive a free book, what address did you write? There it is written to fill out a questionnaire, put it in the enclosed envelope and send it to the address: Moscow, etc. And the address is already printed in the envelope - USA, etc. Can you take your empty envelope and write the Moscow address and send it?

I also wanted to ask about the whisk attachments. It is written that you cannot whip up fatty cream and sugar-containing mixtures with a whipping nozzle. How do you beat eggs with sugar, for example? K-shaped? Is butter with condensed milk also only K-shaped? And in the impulse chop the butter and flour with which nozzle, also K-shaped?

When choosing add. nozzles, what to look for in order to buy the one that fits.I have written the chief of the prime minister. It means also for additional. nozzles should be written somewhere what is suitable for a chef preière, or what?

MargoL
In fact, the nozzles are the same for 560, and for 010, and for 020. The 560 does not have a soft one, I don’t know what to call it, for creams, in short, which scrapes off the walls, and the rest are the same.
Mateah, I answer)

I didn't send the letter, I think. Forgot))

About nozzles. Beat eggs with sugar with a whisk. Even not only them, I also make charlotte dough (biscuit) with this attachment. I don't see any problems, the main thing is that the mixture is not very thick.
I do not remember where my instruction is, but purely logically - beating sugar or fats should not give any restrictions on the part of chemistry (corrosion or something else), stainless steel is inert to them, therefore, the only question is about possible mechanical damage. The stainless steel is unlikely to suffer greatly from sugar (I mean it will be scratched), the only thing is that the wire is thin, which means that you can only bend it with a too thick mass. And even then ... I doubt it, to be honest. It's just that when the dough is thick, it immediately clogs into the whisk and does not mix. I somehow got it mixed up, I decided to mix the cottage cheese for a casserole. Well, I stopped, picked out the cottage cheese and safely changed the nozzle to a K-shaped one.

About the choice of attachments - must be suitable for the Chief. Which attachment do you need? I made such a list for myself, I bought almost everything, everything fit:

Kenwood AT340 High Speed Slicer Attachment
Kenwood AT 643 Low Speed Slicer Attachment
Attachment Grinder mill Kenwood AT941A
Attachment Low Speed Slicer Kenwood A948A
Centrifugal juicer attachment Kenwood AT641
Kenwood AT992A sifting and wiping attachment for CHEF class
Ice cream attachment Kenwood AT956A for Chef
Kenwood AT320 universal shredder attachment
Attachment Press for berries Kenwood АТ644
Kenwood AT931A potato peeler attachment for Chef
there is a set AT642 - a low-speed grater 643 and a press for berries 644

Mate
I'm in St. Petersburg so far I see nozzles only in the Internet store Eldorado. There is an ice cream maker ... I still have 2 Wishlist for the first time a sieve and an ice maker. I still think very much about slicers, because everything is quickly rubbed with a burner, I also have a waffle grater, it turns out beautifully, the child is more appetizing. And I don’t make preparations in large quantities. Ahhh, I want a potato peeler too! Well, then the guests on the excursion will come to see how this is possible
Kalmykova
Yes, the potato peeler is just a godsend for lovers of small young potatoes! I love this attachment! And the press for berries is also super, only the net is quickly clogged from the black currant and it is necessary to unwind and clean it. And about the entry in his instructions about apples - something I strongly doubt! The auger is plastic, how can he cope with apples?
zvezda
Mate !!! St. Petersburg has the largest selection of attachments in Media March !! The potato peeler was on Dybenko, I don't know about the rest. Anything in the bucket is for 020You won't fit !! The sellers are competent there !!! They will tell and prompt everything.
tatianika
I have Kenwood 010 - it makes dough for dumplings. Mixed with a hook. It turns out consisting, as it were, of small pieces that stick together easily. I make pasta dough in it. The result is amazing pasta! I'm not an amateur, but after home I began to understand Italians. And on dumplings and dumplings I knead in a bread maker because the combine, as a rule, is busy preparing minced meat. I take the bread maker for the speed of cooking, so as not to wait for the combine to be free. And further . When we bought a harvester, we least thought that all the attachments would be used. And everything turns out to be in business - there are no superfluous ones!
pljshik
We also made an order for Tatianika for kenwood 010, just yesterday we stopped at the Riga market to see it live, kenwood was not available, but it was kitsch. I understand that the consultant needs to sell his goods, that's why I wanted to find out all the pros and cons on the forum. I make bread and pastries for my family and necessarily for my mother (we bring her bread and pies, she loves it very much, but she can no longer bake for health reasons - she is 79 years old). And I also looked at the kitchen website for the price of additional attachments almost 2 times more expensive than the Kenwood ones, which also makes me think. So I am suffering.

I think that at 560 you can also do it on dumplings, but I have not tried it yet. Or do you have instructions on the dumplings dough on the plate that I posted above in the instructions?
Svetik_
tatianika but tell me what nozzles did you get for 010 ??? Did you buy, as I understand it, a rolling or nozzles for macaran products ??? I have a potato peeler, a mopping attachment, a high-speed grater, a chopper, I’m thinking about a processor, I have a Brown meat grinder, I have a juicer, I have an ice cream maker, so I don’t need them.
tatianika
The instructions stipulate: the hook is intended for kneading dough, such as yeast, dumplings, shortbread, etc. I tried it, kneaded - great.
Mate
Girls who are not difficult, please show a photo of grated vegetables on a high-speed grater, I want to see what is possible with such a nozzle.

And what do you wipe on a sieve more often?
tatianika
For two years after the purchase of the combine, we managed to buy all (!) Attachments. There is also rolling out, very satisfied. 100 dumplings are made in 30 minutes. True, at first it turned out badly, it was necessary to adapt. For pasta, I have AT 973, it turns out spaghetti without holes. He makes a nozzle AT 910 with holes, I have nozzles for vermicelli, horns and pasta on it. True, here you need to adjust for a very long time. But how delicious your pasta is !!!

I practically do not use a sieve. I rubbed the cottage cheese a couple of times - great. But this does not mean that you will not use, the use of attachments depends on what you cook more often. I know two friends who have this harvester, so we all have our favorite attachments. For example, I have a cereal mill at work all the time, while a friend's has nothing to do.
Svetik_
tatianika and why long to adapt ???
I rubbed gooseberries, plums, raspberries on a sieve, the result is just class
Tanya, and what kind of flour do you make pasta from ??? And then damn it they wrote that the dough is made from special flour, which we do not have, from the usual premium grade ???

Probably I would have a miller, I don’t buy that, but I want to buy a nozzle for rolling, otherwise with such opportunities and orders for children ... I have not experienced such happiness yet
tatianika
I got used to rolling and cooking pasta. For pasta I take 2/3 Makfa and 1/3 of Italian flour grade 00. It is sold in cool supermarkets. There is a pasta recipe. If I need to - I'll write.
tatianika
I advise you to buy a mill. In addition to adding various flours for pancakes and bread, I grind oats for porridge. Flakes are poison. I buy Russian cereal "Zolotaya", I grind it at 5 speed and get a wonderful porridge in the morning. Even my husband now eats.

I grind oats for porridge. Flakes are poison.
tatianika, why are flakes poisonous? Off-topic, but in a nutshell, please answer.
zvezda
And I also make filo dough on rolling. Very fast and convenient. And through a sieve, you can immediately sift flour into a bowl and then add everything else. But I make a sandy one only in a harvester - sooo quickly and there have never been punctures.
Svetik_
I also sifted flour through a sieve, but the last time I do this already ........ I spread a newspaper and sift it many, many at a time, and then everything into a container
tatianika and what is the name of flour 00 ??? Probably dear ??? Okay, I can look in supermarkets, but there is no guarantee that it is there, but who knows ........ And how many macaros come out ??? I'm just asking, maybe you shouldn't bother ........ de Shevle will come out to buy ??? Otherwise, pasta will probably come out very expensive
Please write

tatianika - it turns out, if my family is pasta, then you can go broke, right ??? Or I do not understand, so to speak, you need to approach it from a scientific point of view, is it worth the candle ???
Kalmykova
Svetka! One s ....do you want to sit on two chairs? Of course, it turns out more expensive! And homemade bread is more expensive, but it doesn't bother you, does it? We have Italian flour, Semola at UAH 30 per kg. I make dough out of it for dumplings, dumplings, adding a little ordinary flour. The dough is so yellow!
Kalmykova
Kitchen machine Kenwood (1)
Kitchen machine Kenwood (1)
By the way, yesterday I mowed a high-speed one.
Svetik_
Yeah ... the carrot turns out super, I planed it a lot, and the cabbage is a little less, not much of mine eat it ... damn it
Natashik, then you can give a proportion of how much whole grain flour you need, but if you make it together with the highest grade, like in bread ??? then what are the proportions ............. in the studio pliz
Kalmykova
Carrots can be smaller, it was mowed with a small comb, and if with a grater - then as in cabbage. And cabbage is a little problematic - it turns out the most decent with a large shredder (as in the photo), but large pieces come across. But this does not bother me, since speed and lightness outweigh the aesthetic appearance, and do not affect the taste at all. I made carrots in Korean. There are a bit of thickish sticks, for those who like to crunch. But delicious! And almost instantly!

Svetul , I don’t make pasta yet, I buy ready-made Totemkolos (from CH flour) or Italian. But I'm getting ready for independent production! Come on in, we have a topic about pasta here. The dough is like dumplings, it seems.
tatianika
The pasta dough is not at all the same as the dumplings! In the first place, I also did it like on dumplings, it sticks together and does not cut well in rolling.
And as for the high cost, homemade products always come out cheaper. Here is a sample recipe: 500 grams of flour, 4 eggs, 1/2 tsp. grows up. butter, 1/2 tsp. salt, water (if necessary). If without eggs: 400 g of flour 00, 50 g of olives. oils, 200 ml of water, salt. Quantity: I fed 7 adults with one norm, though as a side dish. But they ate much more than the store ones. I won’t lie, we don’t do it every day, there’s not always time. Production takes about an hour. But on weekends, when you want something tasty ...

Yes, pasta can be made from whole grain flour. You can grind it yourself.

About oatmeal. Read about processing, what's left there? Not to mention the fact that it is not always possible to buy edibles. Sometimes such porridge came across - cocoa and more!
Whole grain porridge is tastier and healthier. The difference is so tangible, all friends, having tried it, agree.
leka
For almost 3 weeks now, my husband gave me Kenwood 020, and somehow forgot to go to Temka, to say that she was happy, this is not to say anything
Now it's up to the attachments ... they gave me a meat grinder as a gift, next in line is a potato peeler, an ice cream maker, a rubbing, a chopper ... in short, everything that is offered there
Whipped whites into Bird's milk

Now we buy such cereals instead of cereals.
Svetik_
The girls are owners of the AT640 kitchen processor. tell me ...... how does it cut or chop, or does this processor even cut into cubes or is there something similar ??? And what do you do to them, except for soups ???
tatianika
Svetik,
why soup? I make shortcrust pastry and pates in the processor. cabbage salads (with various additives).
Svetik_
tatianika I meant that I need to chop either meat or apples, I don't want to chop them, but cherry plum is next, so I would throw it in and hello
Svetik_
tatianika and a hard knife also grinds well ??? At first I boil quince a little in a double boiler, then I cut it, but I want to cut it smaller, and I also want to cut raw apples ............... I just think I have all the nozzles in high-speed nozzle, but here is only a chopping knife, is it worth bothering ??? Duplicate some attachments for the sake of a knife ??? What do you think???
tatianika
Svetik, at first I also had only a high-speed grater, until my friend bought herself a processor. She persuaded me. Yes, the only difference is in the knife. But what the knife does is not done by any other attachment. Both quince and apples can be crushed. The longer you hold it, the smaller it gets. And how the pate is made! And now my shortbread dough just bounces off. Moreover, the knife is so located that it captures everywhere.I am very pleased with the attachment, it is in use all the time.
tatianika
And quince, if for jam, it is better to rub it on a fine grater. Then boil, drain the water, dissolve the sugar on it and cook the quince.
pljshik
: bravo: Hello girls! Today my husband brought me Kenwood 010, that's something. I spent more time preparing food for kneading bread. He does not work noisily, on the forum they said that he was very noisy, but it seemed to me that he hums when he mixes the ingredients, like a well-fed cat, he sings louder by the way. The whole mixing process took about 5 minutes. Girls thank you very much for your advice and answers to my questions. Satisfied and happy.
