It's a pity that our Rita completely disappeared from Temko
I am not lost ...
Gathering my courage. Unfortunately, due to some events, I lost part of the photo and, along with them, the photo of the dishes that I cooked there.
I cooked everything as planned. As I wrote before the trip.
And I'm not going to give up Temka. I never quit my business.
I will describe and tell you everything.

I need time.
I welcome everyone and any undertakings,
and new ideas!
I think many have a story to tell.
Looking ahead, I can say that we prepared WITHOUT problems. No interference.
And everything that I planned was successful!

God heard my prayers and you and your husband had such a good time on vacation that there was no time to even think about cooking?
Larissa, we HAVE GONE!
And we managed a lot, a lot ...
But cooking did not bother at all, absolutely.
I already wrote that my husband and I are unpretentious in food.
We are happy with very simple meals.
And the breakfast at the hotel was always there. And it's satisfying.
We cooked once a day. Dinner.
Soups ~ no problem. Vegetable stew. Hot sandwiches ...
I'm going to take a slow cooker now always.
I will describe all the details and little things.

Rita, write more about what you didn't like, or it turned out worse, so as not to repeat your mistakes
Tanya-Fanya
mamusi, it is very joyful to read when the plan succeeds.
I will also wait for a story about Filka's good behavior on vacation -;)
Omka
Hurrah!
We are waiting for the report with even greater interest!
Rita, I'm so glad that the vacation was a success - from the point of view of Filka the cook)))

About the hotel: 4 ****, its own restaurant ~ very expensive. Also, the food was not pleasant on the last visit. We went to celebrate DR together, wanted to sit quietly ...

(without alcohol) = 7 500 rubles. * Correction: 2 glasses of Mojito were made from alcohol!

[/ b]
To whom as - we are expensive
And most importantly, it was tasteless. Caesar did not like it, the beef is tough (very old, it was declared as veal)))). Took a cake ... so-so!
Eating there every night is not for us. We did not come for the glamor, but for a holiday together, in nature.
We decided to do everything under "ourselves", not to bend "under the world", but to bend it "under us"!
That is, to do and eat and drink when and what we need.
Therefore, my experience may not be useful to many, because all people
various.
We talked and heard a lot of talk about how to go to the mountains to relax and not drink pivasik, mulled wine, not eat barbecue ~ why then go ?!
... Well, to each his own! We were NOT going for this.
So, I had a 1 liter thermos and a 0.7 liter thermos with me. Sweet tea for my husband, unsweetened for me. Each has a backpack.
A couple of buters. (A stick of RAW SAUSAGE was brought from home, which perfectly endured the road.)
A couple of tomatoes, a couple of apples - this is our ration from breakfast (served at the hotel) to dinner.
I repeat, we are two adults over 50, without children.
All day long we are in the mountains, on lifts, on pedestrian crossings. We examine the beauty and relax right in the forest on our backpacks and rugs. It was hot.))))
And closer to 17 o'clock we return to the hotel, heat up the Multiu and put the soup. Themselves (hanging a sign "Do not disturb" on the door), we go to the sauna, hammam, pool and other pleasures ...
When we return, we enjoy our soup and rest for a couple of hours ...

At home, of course, our food is different, but here we could easily eat according to a simplified scheme.

T. to.I decided to go "from the general to the particular" I will also say that in the evening we took the funicular down to the lights of the town, walked along the shimmering streets. The beauty! ate ice cream "on the go."
Returning to the room, they just drank tea with honey and dry biscuits taken from home. Everything - shower, lights out!

To be continued!

(Who cares ~ stay tuned)
... I will tell you HOW and from WHAT I cooked soups.
What she took with her, how she carried and how she kept.
And how did the Multi-Baker help me when I wanted something delicious for tea ...
Mirabel
Margarita, Great !!! that we had a good rest.
everything is very, very interesting to me! and soups in a multicooker and sweets in a multi-cooker, food storage and everything else.
Looking forward to it!

So, we have a free minute. I will write a little.
We took with us ... a bag that served as a mobile mini ~ kitchen. This is a large sports bag with side and front pockets - very convenient. A slow cooker and a Redmond Multi-Baker stood in it (I took only two panels with me - Grill and Thin waffles).
I took utensils to a minimum, from the list that Tanya-Fania advises in the first Post of this topic.
Then, in small 200 g containers I poured groceries flour, semolina, noodles, rice, rolled oats (because I can't live without rolled oats in the early morning), grated cheese (a little ~ until we buy ...)
I also had tea, coffee, sugar, salt, baking powder.

Vegetables (in season) ~ 4 eggplants, 4 zucchini ~ in a separate container.

Tomatoes, fresh cucumbers ~ in a separate container.

A large container of grapes ~ during the season, the husband cannot live without it. For him, a bowl of grapes + a crust of bread is already dinner!

Large container of apples ~ milking me mostly.

A small round container with peeled potatoes ~ 6 literally.

And the most successful: dried onions and dried carrots in paper bags (on the eve they dried them for preparation at home) I took a handful with me - they helped a lot!

I foresee ~ many will say, they say, why drag? Everything can be bought on the spot!)))
I don't quite agree! First: this is a private matter for each family.
Secondly: when you drive your car, as we do, easier take with you from home the most favorite your products, especially having your own garden! Rather than wasting your vacation later on shopping ...
Well, we did this ...
Then ... more of our tricks: not having a real refrigerator bag (but only a bag for already frozen food, made from the inside with a foil lining from Redmond), we froze at home two liter bottles of milk and a 500 ml container of broth. Having laid them at the bottom of the bag, we surrounded them with dry-cured sausage, boiled eggs, boiled potatoes in uniforms and fried chicken breast (well, this is exactly on the way to eat)
Until I forgot, I will say that everything arrived perfectly, it was hot and we were on the way for about 8 hours due to traffic jams ...
The milk did not even melt to the end and these 2 bottles were enough for us then for a week ... Poured into tea and coffee.
The frozen broth was planned for the soup. And it came in very handy. The piece of ice was floating in the center when I started cooking soup in the room.
Just entered, I connected Filka, to the bottom of a spoonful of olive oil (I had a 250 ml bottle with me) + sushi. onions, in the course of unpacking things and bathing my husband, already squirt and carrots, broth was poured there, after boiling (everyone knows that Filka is smart), threw in a pinch of noodles and dried herbs ...
All. After a shower, we already enjoyed a hot soup. Throwing a boiled egg into each bowl.
She took bread from the house half-grain in cling film.
And after the road we didn't want anything else. We rested and ate fruit.

To be continued...
Mrs. Addams
mamusi, Margarita, thank you very much for the reports, I read very carefully and

Finally, the working week is over, I'm posting the promised report.

Well, the experience with the multicooker is very small - 1 week, and very modest.

Initial data: two countries, 2 moving, 3 cities (not counting home), all by regular transport. Countries and cities meant no problems with food, but the euro rate is not at all happy. And mainly, I wanted to try it out in non-critical conditions, for future trips.

Since everything dragged on itself, and even through the borders and inspections, they took very little with them for the multicooker:
- buckwheat (industrial packaging in bags for cooking, so as not to wash),
- buckwheat in bags with vegetables and mushrooms for garnish (industrial packaging),
- macaroons (weighed and packaged in sachets),
- a bottle of cough syrup with rice oil,
- coarse / fine sea salt,
- ready-made spice mixtures in "native" bags.
In addition, for myself - tea (this is a must-have item), sugar.
From gadgets: silicone spoon and potholder.
Yes, apartments with fully packed kitchens were booked everywhere.
And it would also add plastic dishes, spoons / forks and a small electric kettle.
Redik was wrapped in a "bubble wrap", grabbed with tape and in a suitcase - he went well, turned out to be very compact and light.
In all apartments he looked as if he was standing there.

Well, now the main thing - what was it useful for: it's buckwheat for breakfast on some days; side dishes every day - buckwheat, pasta (without draining the water), potatoes (on "baking" for 30 minutes), and, of course, meat - chicken legs (we don't eat them at home, but the price of the usual chicken fillet is not ice at all there ). And I also forgot - I was preparing a frozen vegetable mixture with pieces of chicken (moreover, there were ready-made chicken, pieces of sauce, and raw vegetables in the package) - I will have to try it myself at home.
Dinner was prepared in two passes (more for reasons of fat content): in turn, a side dish and chicken hams (2 pieces fit into a 1.6-liter saucepan, cut into 2 parts, no skin) without oil, onions, water, only with spices for "soup - stewing "1 hour, part of the resulting broth was used as a sauce for a side dish.
In general, I, of course, did not stand "at the stove".

The rest was bought either in the store: ready-made pancakes and pancakes for breakfast with sour cream; ready-made soups, ready-made cutlets and meatballs, cold cuts, lightly salted salmon or in cooking: French meat, grilled chicken fillets, soups. Also in the store: some fruit and tomatoes for a salad. And of course fresh pastries and bread!
Considering our age, metabolism, activity, dog cold / snow, the need for protein 3 times a day - I still would not have mastered to cook everything myself. And it is more convenient to cook longer based on one place.

Summary: the multicooker allowed at least to save on side dishes, which is not so little, and in general to diversify the menu. Moreover, there with ready-made food became worse than before.
Conclusion: always take it with you, definitely !!!! Since this is an opportunity to save money and have a familiar meal (especially if there are any diets / restrictions), which is also very important (I react very painfully to other water too); and, of course, it is normal to eat where there is no other alternative.

P.S. So I wanted to have the maximum rest (the first full-fledged vacation in 4 years), so I didn't take pictures of either the process or the result of cooking - what's so special about it - pasta or chicken. So that
mamusi
Mrs. Addams, Thank you so much. A lot of useful things!
After all, the goals of the trip are different for everyone, the employment and the schedule are also different. The composition of the family is different! I think our reports will be useful to the people. And everyone will take something useful for themselves.
It also depends on the season.
Where are we going, what kind of food is there.

I stewed vegetables: my dried onions to the bottom of Filka with olive oil, then chopped bell peppers, everything in layers, then eggplants, then apples, again eggplants. (You can have any composition of vegetables + zucchini + tomatoes), but I love just this - 3 components! It cooled down, put it in the refrigerator, transferring it to a square container. To free the cartoon. It was very comfortable. To the soup. Put a cold snack on the bread. Mmmm !!!

I gave this recipe from $ vetlan above. Variations are possible with it.

We also cooked pasta. At the end, it is very convenient to lay out a jar of homemade stew.

By the way, there was no refrigerator in the room! Consider nothing at all ~ tiny, built into the table, no freezer.
But I got 2 bottles of milk, sour cream (bought locally), our sausage, and a container with stewed vegetables. Side dishes or soups cooked a small portion at a time.

I'll tell you about pastries tomorrow.
Tanya-Fanya
mamusi, Rituyla!
Please tell us about the dried onions. Is it tastier and more aromatic? How is it fried? Turning brown like garlic? Why did you give up a simple onion?

Girls, VERY, very, very interesting! Share your experience - many people are interested ... Food prepared somewhere by someone is always not the same as to your taste ...

On vacation with the Philips Multicooker 3060 (tips, recipes, exchange of experience)Yeast-free dough on kefir for quick cakes and pizza
(Yuliya K)

Here is a link to the dough, from which without problems and yeast and without long kneading a cake (any flour) is made on a trip to Multipekare. I make from c / z flour on the Grill Panel. It completely replaces Khlebushk, delicious, hot, and if you pour a handful of cheese into the dough, then it's almost Khachapuri. It goes very well with tea in the evening, but with honey!

Tanya, Chi Chas I'll go take a picture of it, that is, Onions and you will understand, honey.

Tanya, here I brought a photo of dried onions and at the same time I will show you a carrot. This is how it looks after an electric dryer. I just cut it in half rings and dry it.
Then I put it in paper bags.
Very convenient later in the winter. When you are in a hurry or sick, it is also delicious to add bread and cakes to bread.
Well the modeo and fry it lightly in the butter before making the soup.

It's more convenient for me to take it on the road with me than onion heads. Cleaning, crying and throwing the husks in the trash can in the room ... somehow I didn't want to! ( smell...)
Here I came up with it! I'm happy.

mamusi, brilliantly about onions!
Indeed, there will be no smell from fresh onions. And after such cooking I always run to throw garbage out of the room, but there is not always where -;)

It's great that we have such a topic, just going on vacation by car. Naturally, we take Filia with us. I'm going to study the materiel.
mamusi, Rita and Tanya-Fanya, Tanya-Fanya, Tanya, girls thanks for your experience
Tanya-Fanya
julia_bb, relax happily!

Who's talking about what, and I'm talking about dried onions again
They brought me various spices from Israel, including dried onions! It turns out that its scent is more beautiful than French perfume!
mamusi -Ritulechka! It is with pleasure that I send you ardent greetings and thanks!

And to everyone who is going to travel with a multicooker this summer, I wish you a great rest!
In a week, we are taking our son to the competition, which means all day in the field with a tent, generator and, of course, a multicooker 👍
mamusi
Tanya-Fanya, Tanya, my clever girl!) Hi! Yes, dried onions ~ that's a thing! And add to the bread, and take it on the road (throw a pinch into the soup) ...
I will dry again. Now I have a dryer working on apricots.

... My vacation will be in September. And always with the Cartoon. Filka can do everything ~ I love it! I propose to resume pulling the recipes into the hole ...
Mrs. Addams
mamusi, Margarita, wanted to separately thank you for the dried onions.
True, there was no time to dry my own, I took the purchased one, our St. Petersburg manufacturer, already fried and dried. What a cool thing! It turned out to be very tasty anyway, let alone add it to macaroons or potatoes. Thanks for the idea!
Just returned from vacation, of course with a slow cooker. At our customs, the girls spotted her in the luggage
This time we lived in hotels with breakfasts, and the slow cooker came in handy for lunch / dinner. I cooked side dishes - pasta, buckwheat - from the stocks with me, baked potatoes, fried raw minced meat a couple of times, like in a navy way. Basically, of course, just warming up ready-to-eat / frozen food. But it helped a lot!
Have a good rest with CF!
