Makovkawhy do you think that only you? This is a natural process in any refrigerator - moisture (juices) freezes from any product if there is no good packaging.

Well, here are all the packages from purchases, from Auchan .. I wrap these packages in 2 layers and keep the original look. To buy specials - I took a couple of packages. But in fact, he is a package in Africa ... even a special package ... at least any. Which are special for freezing, they are denser. Which are from purchases or which are simple I buy in large packages, they are thinner .. And the result is the same .. it helps.

And soon the berries will begin ... that's where the frost will be))) I try to freeze any berries. In summer you don't want to, because there is a lot of everything ... and in winter everything is eaten up ..

I, girls, want a silicone shape so that the cubes are there, for example, 10 by 10 .. portioned ..
But no ((the largest is 5 by 5, even more precisely 4.5 by 4.5 .. And then .. with aliexpress.

Not at all, the packages are all different, especially in terms of density. I store the berries (freezing, preliminarily, in trays), in meters, for evacuation, I just sealed the greens in them, without cutting, there is nothing to let the juice in advance, but purely by chance I discovered that if you first put it in a bag, and already in it, in the freezer, then frost does not form - she butchered the meat and thus shoved it into the vacated containers - then I searched for half a year ... I got used to the fact that the containers contain vegetables, berries, herbs

I also wrap finely cut vegetables in packets with cigarettes. It is convenient to store it in the freezer, it is convenient to take it out - you cannot confuse it in terms of brightness, and it is not difficult to cut (break off) into soups, sauces, and for a side dish if you want.

Makovka,

Greens are taken, washed, dried on a towel without fanaticism, cut into small pieces, poured into a bag with a zip-fastener (I have ikeevsky, dense ones) and put in the freezer. All! No meat grinders, shapers, twisting or shifting. I have been harvesting greens for years. It does not freeze into a lump, it remains crispy and free-flowing "snow". I opened the fastener, scooped as much as necessary with a spoon, or even poured it over the edge into the pan and closed it.

Okay, meatballs - I see. But the ordeal with these molds and greens I do not understand at all)). I do not insist, of course, everyone goes crazy at their own discretion, but suddenly you will like it.))

A very long time. I still have parsley in such a bag in the freezer since last season. And take the sizes according to the amount of greenery. Ikea has 4. I have everything (I buy it as a consumable). If I harvest dill in sheaves, then I take the largest one (almost 5 liters like), or even two.

And then everything is in the text, I have been doing this for a long time, very convenient. When there were no bags with a zip-fastener, they were frozen in regular freezer bags, they are denser than usual.

I make okroshka in winter. Not rye)). Even the sausage is frozen)). And all the greens, diced cucumbers - 100% all from there, from the freezer)). And green onions. Vegetable salads in winter are somehow not very good (there are no vegetables, I hardly eat store tomatoes), but hearty winter ones - I put everything in everything. Dill first. And frozen cucumber (in Olivier, in fish, etc.). And on potatoes with butter dill to blur? And freeze overgrown autumn dill sticks with umbrellas, the most oil-fragrant for soup?
And cook sorrel for a couple of times in the winter. For a change. And the garlic arrows? I sign everything with a permanent marker, put dates.
The only thing that I missed this year from my favorite greens is wild garlic. It was not up to her. But she's lovely in an omelet ....

Dill is better in a regular package, but it is in spare parts. So that you do not wash it for a long time. And the dill, without thick stalks, is immediately whole in a bag and in the freezer. It will freeze, move a little and it crumbles perfectly. No need to wash the knife and the board.

Iri55, I cut it into small pieces and just ice it. And then, when I get it, then a bit of salt and butter, if just for bread. If with an egg in tartlets, then with mayonnaise or sour cream, SKUSNENKO!

Flax, why should you cut it coarsely?
Vic, well, you can cut it as you like, I just like it bigger. I cut with washers at least 1 cm thick, brake it so that the rings separate, and freeze it in the bag. And why exactly it is large, but because then it does not disappear during cooking. Take, for example, scrambled eggs: while the finely chopped leek is fried, it will turn into a rag, and the grains will remain whole and tasty. And so in all dishes.
Moreover, I cut the white part thicker (since it is softer), and the green one a little thinner, then finally it turns out great.
Makovka
I have a problem with refrigerators - not enough space !!!! Buying another freezer or chest is not an option yet.
This means that we have 2 refrigerators. And although they are large, the space is still not enough for me. I save as much as I can. This year I want to shove everything cleverly so that everything fits, And not like last year, I managed to stuff it so that the boxes COULD NOT OPEN ..
I read everything. I figured everything out for myself, for my tasks. The cigarette does not fit .. not rational use of space))), I did last year - I just put a bunch of greens in a bag and froze. Then, when it froze, it was enough to crush this bag with your hands a couple of times so that the greens crumble there into crumbs. It would be fine, but my goals are different.
in general, I want so. This greens is as dense as possible, right here so that not a gram of air or free space. Grind and freeze everything. For what .. I have huge package dill fit in a juice box. That is, such a colossus, an armful ... and as a result, there were little figs at the output of the product.
Means how much space I wasted. Zip packages look great. beautiful ... but it would suit me if I still had a chest freezer .. For lack of it, I will get out.

I came up with an idea. I fill tightly 2 boxes of frozen peppers. Well, like everything, I probably do. I clean out the core and put the glass in the glass. And so dense that I have these peppers in stock until April.

So the idea came up. Put frozen greens at once in each bag of peppers. Put this cube there. The last pepper is always empty. And I also think, maybe grate a little carrots on a fine grater and freeze in pepper. But then it will be more convenient.
it means that I save space, let the space of 1 pack of juice, but it is already vacated.
This is me, my head, these thoughts do not give rest.

And yet, I don't want to cut anything in winter. He took out a cube of the right size and composition and threw it into the soup.
But I still have to carefully wrap everything in packages.

and so then I also have a tomato)) And there is a lot of it. And she's sooooo tasty in winter)) It's easier with her .. I have silicone Horso and Chinese molds, I've already frozen "loaves" in Chinese ones. But only with salt, So you can cut, salt does not allow to solidify tightly.

and I also freeze the berries. With cherries. I take out the plums and thorns, blender them until smooth .. With sugar. I pour it in ... well, as usual .. In winter, everything is eaten at the expense of "one-two".
this year I plan to freeze the cubes of pureed viburnum + chokeberry.
Last year I did it for trial .. in wild delight. Then dip 1 cube in a glass of boiling water and the fragrant fruit drink is ready. But here, in this version, without silicone anywhere. Need portioned cubes.

I need silicone molds ... definitely.

The cigarette is not suitable .. not rational use of space)))
Makovka, you are not right STORE! I take ordinary dense bags, fill the lower part of the bag about 5-7 cm and fold it tightly with a cigarette, the rest of the bag serves as a seal and additional protection against accidental gusts. All cigarettes are stacked very compactly in the freezer drawer. It is much more economical when there is not a single mm of free space left!
These are leftovers from last year. I pack the berries with cigarettes. But freezing each berry separately is a time, I use two large perforated trays for this. I forgot to write that I always cut all the greens, otherwise ...

Gingi, Galina, no, at first I cut everything that is possible - in a combine, something just with a knife (the same greens), in a large (10 l) saucepan I mix everything without fanaticism, otherwise it will give a lot of juice, and immediately put it in bags and in the freezer with a palette.
And the composition ... the composition is called "what is." Mainly tomatoes, onions, carrots, herbs - dill, various parsley. Sometimes I add zucchini, and I do it with cabbage - it goes into soup-borscht, and even so it's great to stew. I have no proportions.

Ilmirushka, Ilmirushka! I have all the greens and berries exactly how you store them! In the same simple sachets. I don’t contact any zip packages. The whole freezer is full in autumn, but in winter it's good!
And recently I also fry the onions in advance and also freeze them in bags. (and fried mushrooms as well). In winter, you just need to get the necessary bags and stuff them where they should be.

Lena, and I boil mushrooms and there too. In winter, thaw - 5 minutes, cut into a frying pan, or into a meat grinder for caviar! There was still a package left - I dug well! The younger son promised to come - I will surprise him with fresh caviar.

Masha Ivanova,

Zip packs for opening and closing many times throughout the year (!!!). Two big differences between regular sachets and zips in this case. Ordinary people do not stand up to the word at all. They are torn and completely shapeless, in zips, you can also drive off excess air as in vacuum ones, they become flat.

I have the same cut cucumbers in disposable containers)).
