I came up with it - followed your recipe, but changed it a little because I wanted both kimchi cucumbers and kimchi tomatoes at the same time, in total, about 2 kilos of them together and it turned out. Further, everything is according to the list as in the recipe - garlic, bell peppers, two hot ones, chalks, used apple cider vinegar in the dressing and reduced the amount of salt (one table salt / 3 sugar), since I salted the cut cucumbers abundantly and let them lie down for 10 minutes , then I washed off the excess salt with clean water and tasted it. From what is not in the recipe - I used green onions, onions and carrots. Salt / sugar was poured with hot boiled water, dissolved everything, added fish sauce, soy sauce and a tablespoon of sweet chili sauce. There were a lot of greens, so I divided the hot pepper and garlic with it into two passes and sent it to the blender, adding dressing to both parts. And then what to do - you know)))) Naturally I could not resist and after mixing I ate a tomato - it's just a head off (I confess, I'm a tomato beetle, I can't live without them)! In general, tonight I'll be my kimcha bowl swaying! Once again, many thanks to the owner of the recipe - they pushed me to such deliciousness! And here is the result, I apologize for the film, I put it in the refrigerator, and then I remembered - I didn't take a picture of mine
