Thanks for the recipe! She baked a rye cake with raisins and malt. Well, very tasty. Baked in the oven, temperature about 200 g, about 20 minutes.
Yuliya K
klavick, Olya, thanks for the tip! I'm glad I liked the result!

Yuliya K, Julia, baked today almost Borodino flatbread. I'm coming to you with Thank you. Added 50 g c / c wheat flour, the remaining 200 g ~ peeled rye. Yes, plus 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese bored in the refrigerator. Added to the dough.
And also: the baking powder ended and just put 1.5 tsp. soda. It turned out pusiiiistaaaya!
Baked on whey.
Taste !!!
everything according to your recipe: malt, honey, balsam. vinegar, coriander! Homemade people ate their own fluffy yeast bread ...
And here I am! .... I am my Lepehu. Stunned! I think, however, that at night it will be eaten up and by morning it will disappear!
I ate with sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, cheese and tea!
All! Now I will often bake!

Ritulechka, I'm glad you tasted it! Thank you for your feedback and photo report! I even felt the taste of a rye cake looking at the photo!

Julia, the fluffiness is directly MUCH increased compared to the past! I think ~ because of the soda?
Due to the fact that the semolina stood at me swelling a little longer today?
But never mind. The result is great. As if by leaps and bounds!
(Did the curd contribute to loosening and tenderness?) So I can always put it .... no problem!
Yuliya K
Ritul, I think it's because of the soda! Although maybe everything else has played in addition! You can't do without repeating for clarity!

Yuliya K, Yulechka, I am reporting on Flatbread "almost Borodinskaya".
Made a "home" baking powder in a jar. And I decided to bake exactly according to your recipe; 2 tsp baking powder + 1/3 tsp soda. The trick failed. Tortilla so not rose like last time. The thickness does not even reach 1 cm. The components are all one to one.

So I think .... If I bake with whey, then WHY do I need baking powder? Why is it needed (with lemon) if there is kefir (whey)? I didn't think about it before.
By the way, the cakes on this dough never rose so much with baking powder as they did when he was NOT at ALL at home and I put in pure soda.
But!!!!
For the purity of the experiment, you SHOULD try again and again!
Milk this one, I'll try it again with soda. I'm playing with your dough, Yul!

ended baking powder and put just 1.5 tsp. soda. It turned out pusiiiistaaaya!

I think if you calculate: soda in relation to baking powder 1 to 3 ... it turns out that 1 tsp. Enough soda. So I think.

Come on, Rituel!
Rituyla, and my serum is not sour from the word at all. She just can't cope with soda alone!

Julia, when is it on kefir?
And then ... we add balsamic vinegar. In short. I will search and find my balance!

Yuliya K, Yulechka, and here I am spoiling myself with pizza!
It's called "Pizza at home alone"
Cool. Look at how many turnips you have begged! Flour halved with c / z.
I console myself that it is more di-ethical, they say!)))

She pulled herself out of the kitchen and went to watch a movie. A bit of good!

Lantana
The dough according to the author's recipe, the filling of the olives, cheese, Italian herbs, in the form of a cake instead of bread, from the whole family THANKS, they demanded a total of 4 for each of such a cake, the heat from the stove did not bother anyone
Yuliya K
Lantana, glad that the family appreciated the cake! Thanks for your feedback!

Yuliya K, yesterday my wife was presented with a clone (?) of the pizza maker Princess for DR. Today I could not resist and arranged sea trials for the device with your basic test with some forced amendments (there was no time to go to the store). Instead of kefir, I used sour cream with milk, instead of corn flour - semolina. As a filling, I put finely chopped onions, chicken fillet, mushrooms, homemade cream sauce and grated Poshekhonsky cheese on the dough. Substrate - baking paper. 20 minutes at maximum power and 10 minutes cooled down when closed ... Wife, daughter and wife's friend with daughter appreciated. I barely managed to take a picture.
Thank you so much for the simple and delicious recipe!

Hello, I really liked the dough, thanks for the recipe! Used for pizza. We didn't like the pizza, but the dough was very interesting. Easy and quick to prepare, fluffy after baking. I want to try the cakes listed in the discussion. Particularly interested in "Borodino".
Yuliya K
I am very glad that I liked the dough, although the pizza from it, yes, is more suitable for lovers of a fluffy base. In my opinion, Borodino and bread cakes are quite a worthy replacement for bread. Of course, you must try, since you liked it, you probably will find a suitable option for yourself, or maybe you will come up with your own!

Cool dough, I must say ... Made pizza. The son asked: how did you make the dough from porridge, if it was not there?
The cake is super tasty, I liked it. It is necessary to stir up the next one with an apple, for example .... And then baked with potatoes .... In general, tomorrow I will continue. Definitely a good quick option!
Yuliya K
Katerina, thanks for the tip! Nice to hear that the quick cake tasted like it and made me want to try different options with this dough!
