Irsha, Irina, thanks for poking! So many valuable tips there!
celfh, Tatyana, I see that I shouldn't be upset about scraps and undercuts, but I just need to adapt to use them too.

In such cases, it is good to store not only foil, but also baking paper.

Lena, when I tried on the foil at home, I realized that I urgently needed a second paper case.

WildebeestWhere can you buy such cases?
Wildebeest
Rita, I bought it by accident at the Haymarket. Some Idea produces them in the Moscow region. There is no more information available. Maybe they are sold somewhere else, but I'm not there.

GalinaDoes the grater really work that easily? and then the video shows a lot of things that later in life does not work))
And Bern has a tappervarian mandolin, but I saw this video and hachunimagu))) is it just necessary?))
Tatyana, I have a big cooking on the day off, so I will try to take a picture and lay out everything, because I will cut it with a vegetable cutter. I already wrote that love did not happen with Berner and the giant, and this one I have only 4 days, while I like it, I don't even touch knives

And I would very much like to get an opinion from those who had it, love with a burner. Someone told me last year that Berner didn't need this cutting ... I don't remember who. But I hesitated again.
Babushka
Larissa, I use both Berner and Giant. In cases where I do not include Philips or Moulinex. Gigante loves slicing ginger. And cabbage and cucumber salad ...

I got love with Berner. For 5-6 years, I only scourge everything. But I saw this grater and thought ... because the only thing that is a little annoying in the Berner is the storage of numerous attachments. And here everything is in one ... In general, it is not necessary, but I wanted
Miranda
Well what is it!

I don't need a grater at all! I have a harvester, and small numbers of handles quickly on a regular 4-sided. But as soon as you come to read, this TNS-3000 is urgently needed. I liked that there are no replaceable pieces, I don't want replaceable pieces at all.

Discourage me!
Babushka
Miranda, I dissuade! If the state of affairs is good, then why change? Everything is so stable, measured: a combine or a quadrangle. And the third is extra ...

By the way, I used it in German ibey with an additional knife and a closure for this very knife .. I want this ..

I have been using Berner with pleasure for many years, now, though only for large volumes. Shredder TNS-3000 every day at home, Giant in the country. And I have a harvester, but I use it least of all.

Girls, I bought a TNS-3000 grater and a protective plate here on the forum from Tatiana (T.A.) in the topic "Purchase in a German pasta store"

Girls!!! I also wrote ... in the topic Vegetable cutters and here I will say my opinion again ... I am very pleased with the grater ... I am friends with Berner and I am very friendly ... for 23 years already ... since autumn I have this TNS3000 grater, this one is for I’m a fairy tale ... since autumn I don’t get Berner .... chopped cabbage for pickling on it .. and everything else ... in 5 seconds.
such thin rings, I could not do anything ...

Aha, I was dreaming ... Who are you asking? We're all like that here ...
Well, or through one.

Miranda, nope, personally I will not dissuade, because I myself wanted to!
I have both Berner and the Giant. I have been using Berner for 20 years, we can more, in general, how they appeared in Russia. My opinion is that the first kits were better in quality.
Giant me-well, neither cold nor hot
There is also a Phillips blender, the one with graters and a cube, moved to the far shelf in the pantry).
There is also a 4.5-liter Kitchen harvester and a bunch of nozzles in the case - it's also worth it. It is convenient for them to immediately chop the carrots and onions for a week and put them in containers (I put it in zero)
It makes me very happy (very, very direct) Tupper's turbo mix for 300 ml. It chops the onion so well, absolutely does not emit juice, the garlic is excellent, well, finely fried carrots in the soup (my children do not tolerate carrots, but they treat such a good thing!)
And yes, it just infuriates me forever these graters (berner, giant) are lying around, getting in the way (.
And this grater is convenient in terms of nozzles! The only thing is, how is it, in terms of quality?
Barmamam
I have TNS 3000 for almost 2 months, I love with Berner for about 20 years. The giant is over a year old. Electric graters in a Bosch and Brown combine. I use everything and I am happy with all the things.
TNS 3000 is small, put it on the sink, for 1-2 carrots, onion, pizza slicer, etc. - very convenient. I stitched it on a plank or a silicone mat, rinsed it under running water - and that's it. Berner is still larger, you have to climb behind the inserts, a slightly different cut. I take it out for large volumes. I love it tenderly and for a long time, I am not going to refuse. I usually use the giant to post-burn thin cabbage (for me the most convenient), radishes, I use the rest of the nozzles less. For Korean carrots, I only have Berner.
Electric graters - other volumes, or potatoes for pancakes, large piece of cheese, etc.
But in my opinion, you have to get used to everything, there are subtleties everywhere, understandable only in the process. For example, despite so many years of use, I regularly cut with Berner, it is not always convenient to take the holder. And TNS hasn't offended me yet. I even removed the holder from the Giant - it's more convenient for me with a fork.
My advice is to try, if possible, at someone's home.

who got it, love with berner
Larissa, 25-27 years old, probably, I use bern. But I have a basic set, I never needed additional attachments. I bought it, but did not use it)) I would never have bought a mandolin if it were not for the video and the desire to buy at least something. I still mainly use bern, only the Korean versions of carrots and beets are cut into mandolin. And most often when the children come to lunch, once every two weeks. And I just cut small portions of vegetables with knives. How much do we both need?))
pawllena
Who needs a grater? Now TNS-3000 is sold at a flea market.
kseniya D
Wildebeest, Sveta, are there teeth in this case? Is it suitable for film?
Wildebeest
kseniya DYes, there are teeth, and they are quite sharp, some knives are even dumber.
Kalyusya
kseniya D, I could not get. I don’t remember the reason, right now at work, I don’t check: either the roll itself did not fit, or the film did not want to wander.
And there are teeth, yes.

Sorry, I put it wrong. I'm not interested in the opinion of those who love Berner (my first is 30 years old, was bought in Paris, when we did not know about him yet), now I have several models of them - I adore, and there is a Giant, and a lot of processors!
