Such wheels are sold in markets or in stores of all kinds of kitchen stuff, well, there are cheap lids, openers and all that.

Such a wheel? Kitchen little things (2) This is Karl Weiss.
It also happens at Kuhenprofi. They differ slightly in size, design and price.

And I got my fish form with Ali. It was packed well. Nothing broke. True, in the corner of the tail there is a very thin place, even a hole. Well, I think the herring will not run away.

Please share your recipes, ideas.
My molds are "dead weight" ... I cooked herring in them "under a fur coat" twice and truncated ...
Without jelly, they lose their shape when cutting.
Larisa dopleta has two recipes, and what else can you cook in them?

Aylen, so these tins are also positioned as baking tins? Is not it so?

Potato grinder.

I don’t eat potatoes, but I like the store. Come on, put it out - what else is there interesting for us?
Ipatiya
Anna, I also liked the spatler. A very well thought-out device!

Agree.

No, they are made of thin plastic

Anna, I also liked the spatler.

We are very impressed by what we have never seen. It is beautiful and practical. And red!
Of the minuses: the potato grinder is large, and the potatoes should be cut - it's easier for me to cook whole and press through with a press - by the way, the consistency is noticeably more beautiful than in the video. And storage space won't go a lot. The spetsledelka is a beauty, but it is easier to wash a bowl of dough than this cylinder, a stand on the pan, again needs a place, and what to do with your favorite macarena ??

If there are no devices at all, then you can want to, but mine is more practical for me.
dopleta
Aylen, more than once made a jellied fish in them, very cute! Mikhaska, for baking there are others, silicone, they are small, portioned and of a different configuration.

I liked the principle of the cartool breaker. And the press is good when you need a small portion of puree. But here's the plastic version ... Stainless steel is better.

I had a sieve mug. Super sieves. However, I wanted to be curious about who stores the flour in what? For bread, you need to measure the exact amount of flour on the scales, but it is not convenient to pour from a measuring bowl into a mug. There are measured risks on the circle, you can probably trust them.
Nika, and you do the opposite, flour in a sieve, and sift it into a bowl on the scales

250 ml of flour is 150 grams. 500ml-300 grams.
Perhaps there may be a little deviation, but it is considered so. If you use the same flour, measure, weigh.
Marfusha5
Asya Klyachina, Asechka, thank you, dear. A bit different ...

Nikollete, I also put a bowl or bucket from a bread machine on the scales, a sieve, zero, then pour flour as needed by weight. Then I start sifting. Very convenient and already used to doing this always.

Marfusha, and yet I strongly advise you to look at the markets! Very often, before the holidays and on weekends, the craftsmen put up tables with such knives there and cut vegetables with them for clarity. I saw it more than once. The last time it was before NG at the Vasileostrovsky market in the yard. And the handles on those knives are more convenient - the transverse folds so that the knife can be pulled through:

Flour is kept in a special cylindrical jar. There is also a spoon in it - the most common one.
I put a sieve-mug on the scales, spoon flour into it and then sift it into a mixing container.
It is convenient for me to measure in this way, because the scales, if you hesitate, can turn off, and then the total weight has to be calculated, if everything is already in one bucket.
In addition, I have an indelible marker on all containers that I use when working with dough, the weight of these containers is written - on a sieve, on a mixer bowl, on a measuring jug ...
And, by the way, about the measured marks. They are never accurate, so it is not worth focusing on them, for example, for kneading bread dough, since a deviation from the recipe for any ingredient by at least 3-5% will give you a completely different result.
I measure any measuring container using water and scales, I correct the marks with a marker. And then I already trust my labels.

Olga VB, how do you put a mug on the scales? All the districts and the bottom of the scales should be in flour, right?
kirch
I also weigh the flour in a sieve, put it on a plate, on a scale, zero it out and pour the flour. I specially bought a large battery-powered sieve to hold 500 g of flour

At the bottom of my mug, the lid of the round container is perfectly seated. You don't have to substitute anything.
