I love her very much for this and I don't want to respect her with pies and fillings at all. But in Temka, a sample of pumpkin was shown in a samushnitsa from Marina here
Theoretically, pumpkin should be baked without problems, even faster than meat or potatoes.

Yuliya K, I'm not a big specialist in balisha, I rarely bake. Here on the forum there are recipes for "Zur balish". I can only tell you one piece. In the Tatar balish, the bottom crust is considered the most delicious. To keep it always soft, after you put the dough in the pan, you need to cut a small hole in the center with a diameter of about 1.5-2 cm.
