My panasik last night, baked me French bread, according to the first recipe for this program from the book.
Baked from flour "French thing". I have never, never had such bread, finally I got the taste, and splendor, and softness like a baguette.
I cut off the top of my head:

I baked the minimum portion, the loaf came out a little higher than the form, at the maximum it would have just rested against the lid, perhaps on the average the same. In general, I'm bastard I, of course, can't have such bread, but I still nibbled a bit of a hump - insanely tasty
