But if you organize them with rigid walls, for example, using a suitable square / rectangular / round shape, then for home consumption they can be used with quite a nice result.

I can say that I have about 30 forms, there are both Silikomart and China. In Chinese, I only collect, I do not bake, i.e.I do not heat, but I freeze. They don't smell, they don't lose their shape, they don't give off anything.
In Silikomart, I bake only in simple round ones, and then on condition that I cannot replace the diameter I need with anything else.
