Well delicious muffin with white chocolate and dried apricots baked my baby. It turned out to be the most delicate fluffy crumb, for anyone interested, I give a recount for our cupcake:
75g cl / butter or margarine
100g white chocolate
2 eggs (weight in shell 130 g)
50 gr sugar
75 gr flour
60 gr dried apricots
0.5 h / l baking powder
a pinch of salt
vanillin
Melt sl / butter or margarine, add broken white / chocolate, heat with constant stirring until a homogeneous mass is obtained, cool. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla and salt, add the cooled chocolate mixture, mix, add sifted flour with baking powder, add washed and chopped dried apricots last. Dough with a density of 10% sour cream, watery. Bake for 1 minute before flipping, 12-13 minutes after flipping.
As always in sweet muffins, I have a little fried on the inside of the ring, but this part is easily cut off.
