I did everything as you wrote, but I took only 1 kg of sugar, and then boiled the syrup about twice. So he got gelatinous in the jar when it cooled down.
The berries turned out to be very pleasant, some are not tart at all, others knit a little. But compared to the astringency of raw berries, this does not count at all.
These are leftovers that did not fit into the jar for long-term storage
