So I'm writing. Cake for 6 eggs - 355 g, 5 eggs - 300 g. Diameters 25 and 23 respectively. Deliberately made one more to make the pyramid more stable. I didn't measure the height, but it was high, cm 6 at the edges it was exactly, the middle was smaller plus a little failed, but I realized that this happens. It took 400 ml for the interlayer between them. cream. And then I realized that I was slightly out of weight and did not put the strawberries inside. From the top it took 230ml. cream. It turned out to be approximately 1,300 kg. the rest was showered with strawberries. Conclusion, if I made fewer cakes, I could put more strawberries and cream on top.




The cakes were slightly bombed, the diameter of the box inside is 29 cm, as you can see in the photo, there the gap between the wall of the box and the cake is not so large.
