Yesterday I came up with another quick and convenient way of cooking in my Cinderella princess for dinner.
I rolled 8 sausages from minced meat, laid them * with a flower * from the center to the edges.
Between the cutlets, in the formed empty * triangles *, I put oval cakes of bread dough. I applied the dough with a tablespoon dipped in vegetable oil, rolling it slightly along the wall of the basin, trying not to crush the dough so as not to waste time on proving.

It turned out immediately and cutlets and portioned cakes, the bottom crust of which was baked in meat juice and fat, delicious.
I cooked, as always, in a deep silicone pizza mold.
This method is also good for the oven; in general, you can put a lot on a baking sheet.

Since I constantly have frozen minced meat in the freezer of various sizes, in silicone molds for sweets, ice, small cupcakes, I often bake cakes * with meat * - I roll out the cake, put it in the princess and screw frozen minced meat into the dough, the number of minced meat is arbitrary. I give time for proving the dough and defrosting the minced meat. Baking as usual 20 min / on 15 min / off

And yesterday I decided to make a slightly different way of laying dough and minced meat, especially since the minced meat was not frozen, dinner was prepared instantly.

Yesterday I was making cakes with meat. So there were both dough and minced meat. For the sake of experiment, I pinched off a piece of dough, put it in a muffin silicone mold, on top of a bit of minced meat and another piece of dough. And into the oven. The result is completely bezel-less pseudo-beads. Moreover, not fried, with a minimum of fat. Good as a snack on a hike or at home for dinner / lunch. It's generally great with vegetable salad.
