Sponge cake in the Clatronic rice cooker

Ingredients
Flour 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Eggs
(cold, from the refrigerator) 3 pcs.
Baking powder 0.5 tsp.
Cooking method

Beat eggs with a mixer until firm foam and whitening, about five minutes. Then she added sugar, little by little, 1 tsp each. Everything about everything took about 10 minutes. I added sifted flour and baking powder to the beaten eggs. Gently and quickly mixed with movements from below from the walls up to the middle. Stir gently so that the eggs do not settle: the fewer movements, the better.
I immediately poured the dough into a greased saucepan. She turned on the COOK, after five minutes the rice cooker switched to WARM itself. I repeated the COOK three more times at intervals of 10 minutes. then left on WARM for 1 hour 20 minutes. She turned it off from the network, and without opening the lid, left it for another 20 minutes. Then the lid was opened to let out steam. The pot was not touched until the biscuit was completely cooled to room temperature. And then she carefully took it out with the help of a double boiler. Cut it across in two and layered it with warmed blackcurrant jam. It turned out delicious !!!
The biscuit has risen and a little donkey to the mark 4. I will try more, perhaps it is necessary to increase the amount of flour by 1-2 tbsp. l. Or put more baking powder.
