Light salad for meat

Ingredients

Apples (in my opinion, sour is better) 2-3 pcs.
Basil 1 bundle
Bulb onions 1-2 pcs.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l
Pomegranate sauce (narsharab) 0.5 - 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Peel the apples, cut into strips. Cut the onion into half rings or rings. Tear off the basil leaves. If they are as large as mine, then it is not small to cut. Mix mayonnaise with narsharab and season salad.

Time for preparing:

7-10 minutes

I found the recipe on the site, thanks to the author naumovec... Narsharab, which I, of course, did not have, replaced with balsamic vinegar. Half of the onions were replaced by peonions and the white part of green onions. Served salad for kebabs on her birthday. I did not even think that everyone would like the salad so much!

What a tempting recipe - few ingredients and all available. I will definitely prepare such a salad, especially since I always have the Narsharab sauce in stock - I love it.
