125g Butter
1 Egg
2h l Soda
1h l Cinnamon
1.5h l Ginger
1 tsp Nutmeg
1h l Carnations
1h l Cardamom
Cooking method

Combine honey, sugar, spices, bring to a boil, then add soda, the mass will foam and begin to darken and rise, add oil and allow to cool until warm. Then add the egg, stir and gradually add flour until the dough stops sticking to your hands. Then put it in a bag and let it stand for 2 hours, if you take your time, you can leave it for a day.
