The juice from them, apparently, penetrated down, bananas from above. The pie turned out after baking the moisture I needed.

I've baked this wonderful pie twice already. In the Princess, 20 minutes out of the cold + 10 minutes off. I have a large shape, almost for the entire Princess, so the pie is not so tall, but still airy and very, very tasty.
You can really put more apples. The first time I had a large and medium apple, I cut it into cubes - it was just right. The second time there were two medium apples, cut them into slices and overall it turned out rather dry.
I also had a wonderful Indian spice mixture Garam masala in this pie. It says what is used for meat, chicken, rice, vegetables, legumes. But in salty dishes I somehow didn't really like it, but for this recipe - perfect!
She put Garam Masala in the dough, sprinkled it with cinnamon on top - just some kind of holiday!

I made a dietary version (without butter: instead of it 70g 0% Valio cottage cheese + 30g rice oil, and on 4 proteins instead of whole eggs - though I had to knead a little differently). I did it without a form, right in Princesk, on paper. The dough turned out to be of such a consistency that it smeared - and did not spread it over the entire surface - and during baking the dough did not spread, exactly what diameter it was and remained ready.
I baked in Princesk for 20 minutes from the cold + 5 minutes off.
