I’m not looking for other recipes, I’m absolutely calm about the result, it always works out, and most importantly, everything is done, as it were, between times, absolutely not annoying.
This year I had to add flour, 3 tablespoons per liter, usually 1 was enough. I also warmed up the milk this time for 20 minutes, and the cake really turned out to be more tender or something. Fresh yeast 18 gr, sugar 115 gr. The dough stood in the refrigerator for 16 hours at 3C, it grew well there. After the refrigerator it was warmed up in the same container on the table for 4 hours, during which time it rested against the lid. In the forms it was suitable for 2.5 hours, baked for 30 minutes at 175C (gas oven), cooled on a wire rack, did not crumple.
