Now, in essence: I spread the eggplant rings along the bottom of the mold and did not take into account that they will decrease when baked. Next time I will put it on two floors. Baked for 20 minutes in the oven at 160 gr.
There was no hard cheese, but a packet of Bulgarian feta cheese was lying around. Mash It with a fork and a drop of mayonnaise. Plus garlic, peppers and tomatoes.
I laid it out as in the recipe on top of baked bakles. I baked it.
It turned out very juicy, even wet :)
Next time I'll do it with hard cheese.
