Ingredients
chicken fillet - 250 gr.
Korean carrots - 120 gr.
hard cheese - 100-150 gr.
pineapple - 200 gr.
white bread - 3 slices
mayonnaise - 200 gr.
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and fry in vegetable oil. Refrigerate. Cut hard cheese into cubes, canned pineapple into small triangles.
Toss the Korean carrots with the fried fillets, cheese and pineapple. Add mayonnaise and stir.
Cut the white bread into small cubes (cut the crust off the bread) and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Place on a napkin to absorb the oil.
Sprinkle croutons on top of the salad, stir before serving. Can be garnished with pineapple rings.
