Vika, I prepared the cream arbitrarily, I can't answer in grams. I had a homemade ricotto, you can take cottage cheese, about 250 grams, added 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream, honey to taste. And my berry is half-dried garden strawberry, it is soaked in sugar syrup, but whole berries, I knocked everything down with a mixer.
Yes, Angela, I thought that the roll would be coarse on CZ flour, or I wouldn't roll the cake, but I didn't even feel it in the roll and it curled up wonderfully.

Angela, thanks for the recipe. Made from 2 eggs, there was little time, beat for 3 minutes. Baked in a tortilla, cut in half. One part was smeared with blackcurrant jelly and butter and condensed milk cream. Well, very tasty!
