I smeared the parchment with non-stick grease - the biscuit came off well.
Here are my efforts. My counter-stick is too small, I didn't manage to make many turns, like the Hostess. It turned out to be a LOT of cream in a heap.
Well .. you can't spoil porridge with butter)))

Thanks for the recipe! I also cooked it yesterday, I liked that it was quick, not complicated ingredients. The husband even asked what kind of cream he liked. But! I got a little dry and the consistency of the biscuit is not porous, but so strong or something. I soaked it a little, but not enough for my taste. Next time I will definitely do it :)

cwetalka, well, you did something wrong. This roll is porous and not dry. Probably not whipped well. And, I hope that I did not mix the flour with a mixer, but gently by hand or, in extreme cases, with a spatula.
