Two versions ... In the first one (with a thin ribbon and a cut), I covered only the tops of the biscuit with gel, so when I poured it, it managed to soak in and the color of the basket changed 😢 My family did not notice this, of course, but I put a tick for myself.
I also made a thin biscuit, of course you need to apply a thicker layer so that I could keep the shape, otherwise mine was crumpled a little)))
