Ingredients

Biscuit:
Eggs 5 pieces.
Sugar 200 g
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Flour 200 g
Cocoa 1 tbsp. l.
Cream:
Sour cream 1 bag (450 g)
Sugar 150 g
Walnuts 100 g
Prunes (pitted) 200 g
Gelatin 1 tbsp. l.
Water 100 g
Glaze:
Chocolate (for glaze) 100 g
Rust oil refined 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Biscuit:
  • Beat the whites, add sugar, yolks, beat again.
  • Combine with flour, baking powder and cocoa, mix gently.
  • Pour the dough into a prepared mold, I have 24 cm.
  • We bake at 180˚С for 30-40 minutes.
  • While the biscuit is baking, finely chop the prunes.
  • Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan and grind.
  • The biscuit is ready. From the cooled biscuit, cut off the top (about 1 cm).
  • We take out the crumb leaving the bottom and walls 1 cm thick.
  • Cream:
  • Pour gelatin with cold boiled water and let it swell.
  • We heat in a water bath until completely dissolved.
  • Whip sour cream with sugar, combine with gelatin, add prunes, nuts, chopped biscuit crumb.
  • Put the cream in the prepared cake and cover with the cut top.
  • We put it in the refrigerator to freeze the cake a little, then take it out and cover it with icing.
  • Glaze:
  • Chocolate icing is made very simply, we melt the chocolate in a water bath, add refined butter, mix it, pour in the cake.
  • Or you can make sour cream glaze:
  • 2st. l., sugar - 4 tbsp. l.,
  • cocoa-2 tbsp. l. ,
  • oil drain. -50 g.
  • While stirring, bring to a boil.
  • Pour over the top of the cake. Put in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
