Ingredients

Kefir 200 ml
Milk 100 ml
Rast. oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
Butter 45 g
Eggs (small) 2 pcs.
Salt 2 tsp
Wheat flour 675 g
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 2.7 tsp

Cooking method

  • My pies were with cabbage, but, of course, you can do with anything. She made pies, put them in an oven heated to 175 degrees. It was baked for 40 minutes. She took it out, greased the crust with butter (to heighten the gloss) and wrapped it in a rag.
  • It would be nice to let the cobbled pies just stand for 10 minutes, covered with a towel, before baking.
  • The test turned out to be quite a lot. I have a maximum bread size of 1350 grams (a large bucket), the dough turned out with the top. It didn't fall out, but it got to the roof. I put on the Dough mode, but after the end of the mode, the dough just came up in the turned off bread maker itself.

I put the dough in HP, only made 2 retreats: 1 tsp. salt and no sunflower oil, I don't like it in baking. Three hours later there will be a result.
