I'll try after the post
And how will you bake Easter cakes? You have to find your recipe in time.

Alas, not everything Panas can handle suits Redmond.

not everyone is equally talented, I've literally started cooking flour products for the last few years, first in the oven, now the technique helps. And for someone, everything is easier, once or twice and ready

It's about attitude, not hands.
It never turns out exactly the same for the same recipe. This is normal.
Instead of water, I began to pour everything that remained of the milk - the products did not disappear.
With a cupcake, it's generally good luck - children in the store choose spices for it themselves.
Now I bake lean bread from the original recipe. I select "my" taste. Also interesting. I added fried sesame seeds - my wife buzzed all her ears to celebrate)))

Don't be afraid to experiment, don't get discouraged, write down or memorize your changes. Even an unsuccessful kolobok can be restored if the baking process has not begun.

A week ago I became the owner of this model of a bread machine. Prior to that, the Panasonic SD2501 was used (it is alive and working with dignity now with its brother).
I chose according to three criteria: the rye bread program, price and reviews. With a discount, the stove cost a little less than 5 tons.
The first bread (Irish from the book) was heavy and did not rise well. Hoped on Panasonic's experience. I did not take into account that Redmond does not equalize the temperature, but immediately begins to knead the dough. It doesn't have time to come up.
Then everything turned out fine.
My observations, I hope, will help novice bakers make friends with this model.
1. Do not add cold food (either take it out of the refrigerator in advance, or heat milk and water)
2. The recommended order of placing the products is liquid at the bottom, yeast at the top or yeast at the bottom, liquid at the top (like Panasonic's) does not affect the quality of the bread. The most important thing is that the yeast does not come into contact with the liquid.
3. Redmond has an application for a smartphone - there are all the recipes from the book + new items.
4. Don't be afraid to try recipes for other bread makers. Compare, for example, the description in the book (appendix) and recipes for Panasonic (instructions and recipes are on the website), are very similar. Yes, there are bugs in the book from Redmond, but they are easily overcome by common sense and experience.
For comparison, I post the time of making bread in Redmond and Panasonic SD2501 and a page from the instructions with recipes for Panasonic SD2501

We bought such a bakery. I set the color of the crust to a dark one, and it turned out to be a bun, even a slightly burnt top. Now I'm doing it on medium color. The rolls are always high and well baked! I'm happy with this model !!!

I didn't succeed in Redmond last year.
Alexander, how are you doing this year?

Yesterday I tried the "baking" program - the oven kneaded the dough for a long time and thoroughly, baked the cake perfectly.
I took half of my recipe, replaced the sourdough with 12g of raw yeast.
Quote: CroNa
Flour - 3.5 cups (560 g)
milk whey - 1 glass
eggs - 2 pcs
sugar - 0.5 cups (125 ml)
butter \ margarine - 100 g
raisins - 1 glass
salt - 1 tsp.
vanillin - 1.5 g
turmeric - 1/4 tsp.
Of course, it is very convenient to bake on the machine, I was distracted only three times: I added oil to the third batch (it turned out that there was also a fourth batch), poured the raisins on the whistle and put the finished dough into another form.
With a lack of time, this could not have been done - to throw everything and forget for 4 hours, then get a ready-made Easter cake. And a despencer would be very helpful here.

I fiddled with the starter dough much longer, although I liked the result much more.
I will again make the next cake with sourdough, also from half a portion, and compare the result.

Good day. She baked the fifth bread in a row - French bread with herbs (his second time). Only I can't do it. I make all grams in grams, but it weighs 630 maximum and does not rise in any way. I read above that garlic inhibits yeast. Next time I'll try without them. And the weight is recommended to be set to 1000 g, and in the recipe 750 g. Who often bakes such bread, please respond. How do you do it?

Recipes from the book of HP and from an excellent site. I learned a lot from the excellent comments and posts of the moderator "ROMA". Friends, we need to develop our branch. Borodino pitch 2 times, one high (photo attached), the other lower, but no less tasty and baked.

Hello, dear forum users!
Perhaps my experience will be useful to someone. I have this model since December 17th year. I bake bread every other day. Having read not flattering reviews about the recipe book, about the inconsistency of the measuring cup, I was very worried that it would not work out for me either. But everything came out the first time in classic white. Then there were failures, it turned out because of the yeast (saf levure) .. From the "saf moment" there was always perfect bread, and I also laid it in different ways: down - butter, salt, water, on top - flour, yeast, sugar. And now everything is down, only I pour salt into one corner, and sugar and yeast into another. Sift flour or a mixture of different flours from above. I take the proportions as a basis: 1) for white bread - about 3 tbsp. spoons. rast. oil, 260 ml (exactly a measuring cup from this HP) liquid (water / milk / kefir, their mixtures in different proportions, etc.) + 1 teaspoon (small attached) spoon of salt + 2 tbsp.l. (large attached) sugar + 1 scoop of tea yeast "saf moment" + 400 g (necessarily weigh) flour (wheat or a mixture of wheat with whole grain / oat / corn / buckwheat) the proportions are different, but wheat is not less than 200 g, and + 15-20 g of potato flakes (this is about 2 regular tablespoons with a slide. Program 1, weight 750. medium crust. Sometimes I add 10-20 ml more water if kefir is thick. Also sometimes I add flax seeds, sesame seeds, shavings coconut or poppy seeds about 1 tsp, then (with poppy seeds or coconut) I put 2.5 tablespoons of sugar, and not 2.
2) Rye and "a la Borodinsky" (I don't put raisins, but caraway and coriander, sometimes hemp and / or flaxseed, pumpkin, amaranth flour - no more than 50g) I make on the same basis, only I put salt 1.5 h. l. , and sugar 3 tsp. + fermented rye malt 1-2 tsp The main thing is liquid 260 (+ 5-10%, if kefir is thick) ml in the supplied glass, and flour (with additives) - 420 g. We love bread with a classic texture, so for rye / Borodino wheat flour I take 250, rye 150. I put the program either rye or Borodino. And so and so it turns out.

Hello everyone, I bought this model 2.5 years ago instead of KENWOOD-350, because the bucket ran in the second one. There were no problems with baking in Redmond, the only thing, after 2 years, an unpleasant rattle appeared during kneading. Three days ago the stove was up. The husband disassembled and went nuts: the bucket drive, or rather, the metal it was made of, just ate! I was very upset, I always thought Redmond was a good brand. The turner made this detail for us, but, as in the anecdote, "the sediment remained." I went and bought Moulinex! OW 612132, here! Now I will bake the baguettes

Color! Have you cooked with these recipes before? Knowledgeable people say that Redmond has them bad and ill-considered. I didn't even open my book, or rather flipped through, looked at the pictures and put them on the shelf.
Irusik9, on our forum you will find a lot of excellent proven recipes and get tons of useful tips. Welcom!

Thank you for your answer, Galina. Of course she cooked. Something worked out, some didn't. Not so often, but I cooked. Hope to find recipes here for this stove model.

Excuse me, but can you tell me where you bought it? I considered this model with a baguette holder, but in Russia it is nowhere to be found

I do not know where to write, but probably here you can too. I just read it and did not immediately understand the news is not very good about Redmont in general. It looks like they are selling the leftovers and what will happen next is not clear. TASS says that Tekhnopoisk LLC owners of Redmont are under investigation for non-payment of taxes in the amount of 4 billion rubles. October 1, 2019 And then 1 owner died in 2016, another on the run, and the co-owner was given 1 year in prison. Horror, it looks like some kind of thriller on a TV series, and not reality. Does that happen? And their shops are decent, and the rights of consumers have not been violated, and the site is decent, and according to the card for buyers a 10% discount worked and all the time there were different promotions. Now it is clear why theirs Bread makers end up everywhere in sales. Sadly, I wanted to buy a 2-liter children's cartoon for cereals. They always have good ceramic bowls for different multicooker before, oh, I would have made stocks before, they had a list of compatibility with other brands of multicooker. Here's the sad news ...
