Galya, how interesting! : wow: Does it taste closer to dates ??
Gala
I would not say. I have a lot of banana, I would slightly muffle it.

There is absolutely no light! The darkness is pitch-black, it's impossible to shoot!

Gal, how interesting. I think it's delicious.

Oh, how interesting, I have not tried it yet. Gal, what do you think freezing gives?
I freeze boiled chickpeas unmilled, just when I cook more than I'm going to use. I haven't noticed the difference yet.
Gala
Angela, the taste is not unambiguous. You have to be prepared. I liked it, my husband did not share my opinion.
Gala
Anna, freezing, I think, gives a denser structure and the ability to cut in portions.
Anna1957
Your sweetness comes from dried fruits only. And I also add stevia.

Ahh, I bake it later, and add the egg. Of course, my consistency before baking is not so dense.
Gala
Here, the sweetness comes only from banana and dates. No, stevia will be superfluous.

Lovely fudge, Checkmark! I do not like bananas, what can be used instead?
Elena_Kamch
I read about sweet chickpea recipes and doubts gnaw What kind of taste it turns out ...
While I will take it to the bookmarks, if I cook it, I will report

I'm afraid there is nothing to replace. Here, only half of 1 piece, you can reduce it even more. Banana plays the role of a bunch here. If you remove it completely, you will have to add dates. But then, they will dominate the taste, too bad. Although ... maybe an avocado? Need to try.

Elena, I find it difficult to describe. If you are not afraid of experiments, then you need to make a small amount for the sample.

Thank you Checkmark! I love avocados, we eat almost every day, but I think, What if fresh figs, Huh?
I really want such a sweetness!

What if fresh figs
It is unlikely that we will be able to check this option - we have figs in a very short time and very expensive. And if yours is available, why not try it? It is quite sweet, although I have great doubts about its binding function - I simply did not deal with it in cooking, only ate it raw.By the way, I have not tried it myself, but Mistletoe writes about the good binding power of flaxseed - you can also try.

oooooo thanks for the flaxseed Anna !!!!! and I consume figs only fresh and dried, never in cooking!

Gala, and if you add prunes?
Gala
Ol, I do not know. I think something neutral is better. You have to try everything.

A wild idea - bean curd!

bean curd
Ol, and for what purpose? Instead of something?
Elena_Kamch
Gala, Galina, but is it necessary to store only in the freezer? Just a refrigerator won't work?
Gala
Elena, better in the freezer, you can leave in the refrigerator for a day. It should be cold and hard (like ice cream), then it will be delicious. In general, it is better not to store for a long time, just make a small portion.
