Ksyushenka, I am very grateful to you for such a wonderful dessert! My husband had a DR, cooked mainly lean dishes, including your bezeshki, the guests took them in a moment. I will cook them often now, it turned out the first time

Svetik, it turned out gorgeous !! Even the pipettes are visible !!! At what temperature did you bake and how long?

Thank you, Ksyusha! She baked and dried at 100 degrees on convection for about 2 hours on two baking trays, and then put two more baking trays, the last ones stood in the oven for 4 hours (slept a little) and turned slightly pink. And all this wealth is from 250 ml of broth and 200 g of powdered sugar. The second bookmark waited for its turn for 2 hours, a certain amount of liquid formed at the bottom of the bowl, but I did not whisk, because the time was late and, at my own peril and risk, I set to bake the bezeshki as it is, they did not even creep out and kept well shape

Fine!!!

Eh, and everything floated for me ... But I myself am to blame. There is too much water in my broth, but in spite of this it whipped into a foam ... and it floated in the oven ...
Well I first cooked the chickpeas, and then only read the proportions of chickpeas and water ... Next time I'll try anyway))

Tatyana, maybe the temperature was too high in the oven?
Venera007
And this too)))
I’m a business sausage, I wouldn’t read the recipe carefully, and comments on it ... I’m sure that with the next batch of broth everything will work out
Oksan, did you make beans from decoction, does it work?
Omela
Tan, I whipped beans for vegetable rolls, the other day I showed them. But the meringue did not bake. It seemed to me that chickpea whipped an order of magnitude better.)

I brought my experience with cakes coated
The broth whipped up remarkably (I cooked it more abruptly) and covered the cakes with it. He behaved very well
The next day, a little lime, of course, but if you do not transport it too much, then an excellent coating is obtained
Easter cakes, too, baked without eggs (on linseed)

I am completely indifferent to meringue, but soooo it was interesting what I did!
Vegetarian meringue
It came out the second time. At first everything floated, then I re-read the topic, I realized that it was a matter of temperature. Lo and behold!
I have already treated a child who cannot have eggs. Everyone is happy. Most importantly, I satisfied my curiosity, it was very interesting to create a meringue from a decoction. Almost "porridge from an ax"

Thank you!
Omela
M @ rtochka, Daria, it turned out great !!! 👍👍👍
