Yoghurt cake without baking

Ingredients

biscuit cookie 150 g
butter 100 g
For filling:
peaches 650g
Sahara 100 g
yoghurt 450 BC
heavy cream 250 g
gelatin 1 tbsp. l
juice and grated zest of 1 lemon

Cooking method

  • Preparation:
  • 1. Cover the form with parchment. Mash the cookies into crumbs, combine with butter and place tightly. Refrigerate.
  • 2. Soak gelatin in cold boiled water for 40 minutes.
  • 3. Wipe the peaches with sugar, leave some for decoration. Add half of the dissolved gelatin, mix and place 3/4 of the portion on the chilled crust. Refrigerate.
  • 4. Combine yogurt with lemon juice, zest and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, add the remaining loose gelatin and whipped cream. Place on jelly cake.
  • 5. Top with the remaining jelly. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
