Irish Duc they cook there on the stove, therefore they have questions ... .... I went there ....., I never cooked on the stove .... therefore there is nothing to suggest ...

Today I cooked condensed milk in Kuku (I cooked it perfectly in other cartoons, today I was on duty Kuku) from ordinary milk-3.2% fat, in 10 minutes ... I decided to share, suddenly someone will come in handy, I have a child with pancakes than others besides my condensed milk does not eat ... and I make ice cream every other day, so it's a very convenient alternative to the store ... and even more useful ...
I found the recipe on the Internet, I liked the result sooooooo ... I slightly altered it for myself ..., so:
Mix milk with sugar and butter, heat everything until sugar dissolves, turn on multi-cooker 150C without pressure, time 20 minutes, bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes ... DO NOT COVER the lid, the mass will increase 3 times, stir periodically in the process , thickens on
eyes, after 10 minutes turn it off forcibly, the condensed milk seems liquid, do not worry, when it cools down it becomes real condensed milk, boldly pour it into a jar and let it cool ... after cooling, put it in the refrigerator ... of course you can cook it on the stove, but I don’t use it ....))) yes, as it cools in the jar, mix several times for the uniformity of the condensed milk ....)))

And you will not suggest a recipe for quails. I never did it, but my husband bought it. I thought how to cook and saw your post. Thank you in advance
Leah, I'm sorry I didn't answer you. I stopped receiving notifications from the site
Suddenly it will come in handy, I simply coat the quail with a mixture of tobacco chicken seasonings, leave it for about an hour to lie down, then put it on the baking at the level of 1 minutes for 15 from one groan and the same amount on the other. They fly away with a bang. The main thing, in my opinion, is to choose more nourished birds so that their breasts do not dry out.
And I also saw an interesting recipe from Tanya Admin, with bacon.

Girls, I need advice.
Yesterday I set the timer to cook porridge in our new cuckoo. In 1055 and 1051 everything is on the machine, I poke buttons and they boil, well, and then I poked buttons. At 11 pm I set the timer for 7 am. For some reason, she wrote down that the time is over 13 hours, I somehow did not react, I just took note. As a result, in the morning there was oatmeal in milk, I had to quickly set the program and wait for porridge. (At the same time, it turned out that small rolled oats are cooked in a multi-cooker at a temperature of 93 degrees for 20 minutes into an absolutely wonderful porridge).
The clock is set exactly, I checked it again on purpose. What was that timer glitch? Tell me, please, I broke my head.

Almost 2 kg of beef tongue was cooked just fine on the jellied meat mode! Only now I'm afraid that it will be for the jelly that there will be little time in this mode.

Girls, what do you cook with dumplings and pasta? How intense is the boiling and evaporation?
marlanca
Anna73,
At 11 pm I set the timer for 7 am. For some reason she wrote that the time is over 13 hours

Anyut, and the clock showed exactly 11 pm, not 11 am? .....
Anna73
At the time of installation, I do not know, I will not lie. But when I found raw cereals in the morning, she immediately checked the watch. It was am, that is, morning. I assumed it was pm last night.
I will now carefully watch. I read the instructions, but it is not written there that it is necessary to somehow specifically regulate pm and am.
marlanca
Anna73, I see ...., ..... I can't even imagine anything else ... .., I haven't got it for a long time, how I get it - I'll try to put it on a delayed start .....

Thank you very much, I will definitely do it.
VitaVM
Anya, with the timer, most likely an incident occurred due to am u pm. On 55 and 51 there is a 24 hour format. The first time I exhibited, I also drove several times while I exhibited. You can check it simply: select the program on which you set it and press the timer, the cuckoo will display the previously set time. I always cook morning porridge on the timer - I put it out once and that's it, since we get up at the same time.
I tried dumplings mode only for dumplings. I also tried the pasta, but I liked the oatmeal better. Macaros are cooked the same way, but the screen on the pasta gets very dirty for me.
Anna73
Vita, thank you, I also sin on my own inattention to a.m and p.m. I will train :)
If the screen becomes more dirty on the paste, it means that the boiling is more intense. I still haven't figured out how to use these programs. I cook pasta on the stove, try it in the process so that it doesn't get overcooked, I love al dente.

Thoughts aloud: I like the expandable soup program more and more. Now I can cook fish broth in kuku, before on the stove, because the soup mode in 1051 and 1055 digested fish for me.
And from the head and the ridge of sea trout, the broth turns out like a transparent tear! But saturated.
The fact that the symbiosis of 1051 and 1055 was done in the porridge mode is also good, because I sent 1055 to the dacha, and in it the porridge mode. I haven't tried rice broth yet. I guess it should be good for millet porridge. Who tried it, please respond?
VitaVM
I haven't tried rice broth yet.
I cooked millet and yachka on the water porridge program. Turned out well
marlanca
Girls, I've cooked vegetable soup from chickens twice.fillet on the "SOUP" (meat) mode, so at the end of cooking the fillet was hard, I have already tried it twice ..., I was really upset .... everything is perfect in Bork, you can eat fillets with your lips, as you have with this program ?
VitaVM
Gal, okay. The meat is always proven. I cooked it with breast and took meat with bone.
marlanca
VitaVMexactly how I wrote it? Soup (meat), not (broth?)
VitaVM
It is soup, and borscht, I cook on the same program
marlanca
VitaVM,
And you put the meat along with the rest? And the meat is soft? I already spat soup in it ...., the meat is tough .... (((, I tried it twice .... (((
VitaVM
I do this: first, in the frying mode, I fry the onions and carrots for 5 minutes, if the borscht, then 10 minutes, because I add tomato and pasta. The program worked, then I put in potatoes, meat (I don't cut it, in a piece of bed), then either cereals or cabbage, spices. I closed it, chose the meat soup mode and that's it. Since the moment I bought the cuckoo, there has never been a puncture.
marlanca
VitaVM,
Damn, I have the same algorithm ... I was really upset ...
VitaVM
Gal, on one of the cuckoo sites I read that there was a similar problem and the matter turned out to be in the temperature sensor. He worked the bastard clumsily, too, on the same program. Maybe the same story? You call the service on Komsomolsky, the guys there are more than adequate, they can tell you what, the more you have it under warranty

VitaVM,
True? Thank you Vikus ..., I will definitely call ...

VitaVM,
Do you pour cold or hot water into the soup?

Added on Monday 11 Apr 2016 11:26 PM

The girls tried again, cooked pickle, on the "soup" (meat) prog, in one cycle the barley is not ready ...., suddenly you will cook something with barley on this program, look how you are? I switched on the "multi-cook" mode for 20 minutes at 92C, under pressure, everything was perfectly cooked .... ..... and the steam release on this prog was just zilch .... and that's it ..... the lid is perfectly clean, as if it didn't even boil ...
vislika
Yesterday we bought the first young potatoes and decided to have dinner with herring, but did not want to cook on the stove and did it in a cartoon. I washed the potatoes and mixed butter and olive oil, garlic, through a garlic dish, herbs, ground sweet pepper and dry seasoning in a bowl (brought from Bulgaria). I smeared the potatoes well with this mixture. Small whole, some cut. Oven 30 min. 1 level. Multicooker Cuckoo CMC-CHSS1004F

VitaVM
Gal, I always pour cold water.
In the case about which I wrote the same, it was with the steam. Gal probably needs a service.
Aunt Besya
Girls, is the magnetic valve also arranged as 1054 in this quick-release machine? Do you also need to clean it? Also for liquid dishes are temperature limits?
Gibus
I think all solenoid valves are the same. Although a soup fountain can be arranged in a mechanical pressure cooker if you open the valve abruptly and immediately after cooking. So, perhaps, the problem is not so much in the valve device as in the auto pressure relief at the end of the mode.
In 1054, by the way, they tried to solve this problem with additional time for pressure relief. There, for about 20 minutes, it crawls, cools down before opening the valve. And that, apparently, did not help ...
I don't have the 1004, but I have 1055, Bork700 and, recently, 1054 were donated for spare parts. Comparing these 3 generations of cuckoos with great interest
Quote: Aunt Besya
Also for liquid dishes are temperature limits?
Of course. Highlighted in red letters in the operating instructions
And on the auto programs Soup or Kasha, apparently, lower temperatures and a smooth discharge of steam are programmed.
Quote: Aunt Besya
Do you also need to clean it?
Most probably not. Firstly, the people are strictly warned in the instructions not to cook soups and compotes at 120C! And the protective cover perfectly protects against small splashes. For three years of use, I have never needed to clean the valve in 1055 or Bork700. But I cook liquids at 95C.But in 1054, I observed that even ordinary rice cooking can spit on the valve ..

Dear owners of Cookies CHSS1004F, HELP.
I read - I read about her and I just can't make up my mind.
Tell me, is it worth paying so much money for it, or can you still advise an alternative? Some write that the price is too high, others - super duper, better not. I saw repeatedly that there are questions about the pilaf regime. Tell me how is pilaf, how is milk porridge in it?
Sedne
Alina, I think that a very good slow cooker, my favorite, but the price is still overpriced, as on Bork. although I do not regret buying. In general, I don't like milk porridge in cuckoos, but pilaf is good (for me). The quality of pilaf, like rice, is regulated by water. I see you have a Panasonic baby, and you do not need porridge in Kukushka.
Freckle
Thank you Sveta. That's just the point of the matter, that there is a need to replace Panasonic. And so I got used to her for many years that I don’t know how to be. As I understood in Kukushka two dishes cannot be cooked at the same time? In Panasonic I love the rice below and in the tray for a couple of fish - 15 minutes and you're done.
Sedne
Alina, it is also possible in Kuku, on the program rice, sushi rice. Although no fish will come out like that, it will boil, but you can use a multi-cook
alexander83
Can you please tell me if there are "sensory" programs in Kukushka? Like Panase and Stadler? Is it possible, for example, to cook rice or porridge not according to a recipe, but half a portion? And what are the pros and cons compared to Bork 802/803?

This moment is also interesting. Sensory programs are a thing!
Sedne

Cuckoo "sensory" programs?
No, as in Bork 802/803 they are not there either.

Quote: alexander83

Why not, I cook like that all the time.

Quote: alexander83
And what are the pros and cons compared to Bork 802/803?
I drove Borya, and here's what I will say, the advantages of kuku are that there are levels on the frying and the double boiler, and in Bork there is one temperature, for a double boiler this is not important, but in Bor I would like to be able to fry weaker. Ku-ku also has excellent pastries, Borya loses in this. Yes, and Kuku is simpler for beginners, in Bor, either try to look for a suitable recipe or play with a multi-cook, and in Kuku for all automatic programs, that is, you don't need to think a lot. In general, I fell in love with Borya, something like that.
Anna73
If anyone is interested. There was about 1 kg of veal ribs, brisket, where there is more meat. In one piece. I rubbed it with spices, put it in the freezer for a couple of days, because it didn't seem like meat was planned. But it was planned :))). She put the partially defrosted piece in a bowl, poured some red wine, bay leaves, salt. I turned on the slow cooker manual mode with a delay of 4 hours for 3.5 hours. And she went to work.
The meat came out the most delicate, aromatic, very tasty. Wine and meat juice made a sauce for a side dish. Dinner was ready just with microscopic efforts.
Highly recommend. The hopelessness turned out to be quite a worthy dish. The cuckoo did not disappoint again.
Lentochka_21
How convenient is the multicooker to clean?
Sedne
Elena, for me, cuckoos are very easy to clean, there is a self-cleaning, for cleaning the valve.
Sedne
Yulia, in my opinion, the simplest multicooker, practically no need to think, there is a program for almost everything, and almost all programs are automatic. Here Bork 803 is idle for me most of the time, I am lazy to puzzle over which recipe or program to cook.

It is also convenient in this Kuku that you can turn off the automatic heating completely in the settings.
jslada
Sedne, class! And my bork 700 started to get out of something, gave it to the service. And by 800 and 803 for some reason the soul did not lie, and I don’t know other firms at all, I shoveled the whole forum here, I could not decide in any way. And then I saw her
The price is of course sooooo confusing, but I only want it
NePutin
Hello! Yes, the price, of course, alas and ah ... But ... I have cuckoos 1010 and 1054 - this 1004 is just an order of magnitude better ...So I highly recommend it !!!!
