I made several cans according to this recipe, this year we had yellow cherries of our own harvest, so I attached them according to different recipes. Small cucumbers also came under my arm and I decided to put them in a couple of cans with the tomatoes. I opened the first jar a month later and realized that it was not salty for me at all, I opened all 5 jars and swelled there salt to taste. One can had a cloudy brine, but it tasted normal, I also added salt there and then decided to post it first. And closed them again, let them stand. After half a month, I opened it somewhere and the taste was straightforward, both for salt and in general. But the cucumbers were amazed by their taste. Crispy and so delicious.And this despite the fact that I generally do not like all sorts of pickled cucumbers, I can eat it, but rarely and without appetite, as they say. And I got these two cucumbers and didn’t understand how.
